Services
The Donaldson-Mohney Funeral Home is the area's oldest funeral service provider. It was established in 1880 by Scott Robison. Ownership was then acquired by L.A. Love in 1901 and was joined by his son Raymond Love in the fall of 1922. The funeral home was then purchased by A.B. "Bud" Donaldson in 1953.
Traditional Burial: This type of service is when arrangements are made to have a visitation and funeral ceremony, followed by burial or entombment at the cemetery. Direct Burial: This service is when arrangements are made to inter or entomb the deceased in a cemetery without having any ceremony or visitation.
When it comes to your final arrangements, shouldn't you make the decisions? The arrangements you make will reflect your exact wishes and desires. Pre-arranging your own service will help to ease the burden of your loved ones. It will also alleviate any questions, problems or differences, which can occur among family members.
Meaningful memorialization of a loved one's passing can transform, heal, and comfort us. It highlights our loved ones' sacrifices, reminds us of the things that they value, and inspires us with their life stories. Have the Talk of a Lifetime, a program created by The Funeral and Memorial Information Council, was designed to help families have meaningful conversations about the things that matter most in their lives.
The basic Military Funeral Honors (MFH) ceremony consists of the folding and presentation of the United States flag to the veterans' family and the playing of Taps. The ceremony is performed by a funeral honors detail consisting of at least two members of the Armed Forces. The Funeral Honors rendered to you or your veteran will be determined by the status of the veteran.

We have always used Donaldson Mohney Funeral Home for our family
My dad passed away at my home and the nurse contacted the funeral home. We are so grateful for the care and compassionate way that our Dad was taken care of from coming to our home till the funeral and after.
When we had to go in and make the arrangements it was so professionally taken care of and yet so much compassion for our family. The funeral director did not pressure us to purchase anything we did not want he took the time to go over every question we had. Everything was explained to us and we were given no additional stress

Don’t even go here. They were so expensive and not respectful. My dad passed away in 2017 and we didn’t know what to do and the hospital recommended here then we was end up using them for my dad funeral , they was charged $6k and not provided my dad a casket and at the time they were transferred my dad body for cremation they didn’t provide a special truck for my dad body either, they just put my dad body on a regular truck without cops and respect and an awful service for my dad at the end. I hope this review will give you a reconsideration for your love ones at the end of their movement
