We went there just to “look” and see what we could find so we could trade our Ford Escape. After looking and test driving multiple trucks the General Manager told us he’d sell us his daily truck that he has been driving. We did, and fell in love with it. All of the employees treated us with respect and like family from the very beginning till we bought our vehicle . I would definitely recommend LEE AUTO GROUP IN TAMPA on 41 to any and everyone to buy a truck.

1 star because I am not able to leave a 0. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Don't buy anything from Jordan. She is a liar and didn't tell us the truth. We confirmed multiple times to fly down from South Carolina to buy a Land Rover from her. We checked in with her ever single day from Tuesday to Friday to make sure everything was ready to go. We put a deposit on the truck and everything. Jordan told us we were good to go at 2:45PM the day of our departure. As we are boarding our ONE way flight to Tampa, she called us to cancel our flight because the truck wasn't ready, and needed to go to the shop

I highly recommend coming here, I was in an out with the car of my dreams on less than an hour and they handled everything for me. It’s literally the easiest time I’ve ever had in my life buying a car. Mike and Jonathan and well to everyone there were very accommodating on getting me where I wanted to be numbers wise and they were extremely friendly to me the entire time. Great experience overall! Just called to see about a vehicle on their lot was a 2010 Cadillac DTS still on the lot saw online it’s been there over a week…. Said I would like to take it to a mechanic at the Cadillac dealership and pay for it to get fully checked out right in the area… they gave me an excuse about they’ve done this before and someone had switch engines really… I’m talking about hour and a half by a Cadillac certified mechanic…. Never trust a dealer if they don’t give you the respect to get it checked out properly …..so that you can have peace of mind

Worst customer service ever please beware of these people and do buy a car from them. I brought a car from them it was a nightmare.. Had the car for three days and it started making a noise. The guy that sold me the car did not advise of all the major things that was wrong with the car like the struts,crankshafts sway bar links, sway bar… bushings,need transmissions fluid changed,idler pulley, missing airbag front passenger.timing belt tensioner seals and gasket and they had disconnect the dashboard so that when I turn the car on no warning lights would come on plus everyone was lying about

Nice people but drove an hour to see a van that was obviously in a major accident and poorly repaired but was never mentioned until I arrived to test drive.. I would think something that had a front end welded back on and still not finished properly than poorly painted should be disclosed in listing.

Run Away! Dealership flat out LIES to you on phone about condition, history, & sales price of Cars, Suvs, & Trucks. Price you see online is not sales price or cash price. Expect to pay additional fee's over sticker price + $695 dealer fee. Jonathan will hang up in your face, while trying to have a professional phone call. Be careful!!!

Jonathon and the owner really went the extra mile to get me into the right car. All of the cars on the lot were clean and most which i looked at had lower miles than the other lots i have looked at. I ended up buying a 2014 VW Passat with only 16,000 miles and the price was better than cars i had seen on other lots where i looked. Bottom line... If you need a used car its worth going to see these guys. They are helpful, knowledgeable and dont try to push you into something you dont want. Go see these guys. You owe it to yourself to get a good car and a fair deal.
