I sold my car to CarHeroes several days ago. I am normally skeptical of online dealers offering to buy a personal car. In this case it was easy, almost too easy. After we agreed on a price, I sent him (Brandon) some title/drivers license info. Two days later we met at a Wells Fargo bank and basically exchanged a car for a cashiers check. Brandon had all the paperwork done and made it a very simple transaction. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to sell your car!

Its a very hard buying a car in todays market due to the pandemic. I was able to find the truck I was searching for with every option on it at that. Zach was able to help me get a great deal on it way below any of the dealers in my area. He was able to get me approved on the financing and arranged to have it shipped all the way across the country to California. Never felted pressured at any moment during the process as it went vey smooth. Truck arrived in great condition as advertised on the listing no hidden secrets. Was looking for a specific truck for a long time. Car Heroes had it. I hopped on a plane from Charlotte, NC and bought the truck. It was as advertised at a good price. Drove 3.5 hours from Palm Beach to carheroes and it was definitely worth the drive. The truck is a beast and the customer service from Zach and Brandon was top notch. Spoke with Brandon via text prior to making the trip. Response time was quick, informative and he was patient with all my questions and never pushy. Zach handled the transaction. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Gave some good tips on how to pay off the vehicle faster and very transparent through the whole process. The best experience in a dealership. Highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

This was a great place ! I'll get to why it's four stars and maybe you can pick it out yourself. This place was very welcoming ( the people ) when we parked which we weren't sure where to , a nice young tall skinny gentlemen greeted us to see if we needed help. We told him why we were there and he said no rush look around and tell me when you're ready. So I find a few to test drive and it is packed so this isn't a star loss. It's not anyone's fault but he said it would take a good minute to do that. So we waited patiently and then someone else found someone

My wife and I have been looking to upgrade our car since last August. We came in because they had a 2018 Mazda CX-5 which I was really into at the time. These guys give used car salesmen the bad name they deserve. Dont buy from them. I was sold a car and guaranteed it had XM radio in it. The salesman told me it was an option with 3 months free! Upon getting home and calling To turn on the XM radio I figured out the car is not wired for it and cannot be. These car salesman sold me a car without everything they promised.
