Continuing a trend that I've observed over the last three years, construction of new homes in Keene's Pointe continued on an upward trend during 2011. For the year, there were 21 new homes started making this the best year since 2006 for new home construction in Keene's Pointe. To some, 21 new home starts may not sound like a lot.
Keene's Pointe continues to experience favorable new home construction. While 15 homes may not seem like a lot to some, when you consider that these homes represent approximately $35,000,000 in sales volume then you might understand why Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Robert Hennen feels pretty good about his building and sales team.
While many homebuyers continue to search for bargains among the fewer and fewer builder inventory and resale homes, 14 upscale buyers in Keene's Pointe are opting to build their dream home. In some cases, the construction has just begun while others are nearing completion. Regardless of where they are in the process, all are happy they made the decision to build.
