Paul is so much more than a realtor. He is with you every step of the way, whether you are a buyer or a seller. Paul sold our house in one day, which really shows that if you follow his advice and get the house in tip-top shape, and price it right, you will succeed. Paul is an amazing coach. He guided me through my first home purchase when I was 19 years old. He then showed me how to upgrade from my current property, keeping it as a rental, and then purchase the next as my primary home.
