Open question - unlike almost every other real estate group - during move out - why does BNE not allow a short extension on move out date? Even by 1 week. Tenant is happy to pay an additional charge but apparently has been told that the last date on the lease is the day they MUST move out. Why is BNE so inflexible?

SHE HAS BEEN FIRING EVERY CONCIERGE LEFT AND RIGHT DURING THIS HOLIDAY SEASON !
