Expats DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. I was a tenant with this company and at the beginning of the 1 year lease the apartment had not been cleaned so my fiancé and I said "ok do we agree that there would be no cleaning fee at the end of the lease?" all were in agreement. So, I do a final walk through with Dally Castillo and she states "the apartment looks great" I said even though I was not obligated to do so I decided that I would leave it in a better condition as I received it. Disappointing experience. We arranged to rent 2 condos through CPM for Jan .2 to 9. Upon arrival the AC unit in one of the bedrooms was unplugged and did not work. It took 5 days and many, many phone calls to get it repaired. The temperatures were in the 90s, the windows didn't work properly. I told them I didn't get what I paid for and after I returned home and had to contact them AGAIN, they were going to refund $150.
However, in the other condo they claimed we caused damage. First, was a broken coffee carafe($12) which we never used or even touched. It was only a 4-cup. I brought

DO NOT do business with this agency! I repeat--DO NOT. Our company did so and a number of our employees stand to lose a lot of money, including myself. I'm in the middle of it right now--they've reneged on my rental agreement and are holding $1800 of my personal money hostage. They have tarnished what was a great experience in PR.
