Destin Health & Fitness Club was founded on one basic principle: to provide the most premier, state-of-the-art health and fitness facility on the beautiful Emerald Coast. Conveniently located in the heart of Destin next to Marshalls and Home Depot, Destin Health & Fitness Club offers a family friendly environment that is designed to accommodate people of all ages and fitness levels.
At Destin Health & Fitness Club, we offer an 800-square-foot, state-of-the-art childcare facility so you can enjoy the simple luxury of a worry-free workout. Our safe environment and experienced, fun-loving staff provide plenty of engaging activities for your children's entertainment. Each staff member is certified in CPR.
In less than one year, Thomas and Mitzi have completely transformed their bodies using personalized work-out programs from our highly experienced personal trainers. At Destin Health & Fitness, we want you to achieve your goals and receive the quickest results possible. Our personal trainers offer individually designed work-outs with ongoing support and motivation.
No tobacco, drugs or illegal substances of any kind are allowed in the facility, and will result in revocation of membership. Destin Health & Fitness Club will not be responsible for loss or damage to any personal property of the Fitness Member and/or their Guests. There will be a 30-minute time limit on the cardiovascular equipment if there are other Members waiting to use them.

Pretty good gym. Lots of options for free weights and machines. It's a smaller space, but enough equipment so that there doesn't seem to be too much of a wait. The etiquette is pretty good in that people put up their weights and don't seem to sit on machines too long. Most of the cardio machines are up stairs which allows for more equipment on the floor. Two squat racks. Deadlift platform attached to one of them. They probably need one more of these setups, but again space seems limited. That said there seems to be a large deadlift/trap machine in the center of the floor that doesn't seem to get

I first hit this gym 5 years ago while on vacation from Illinois. I couldn't believe how nice a gym it was and how clean it was. It had everything I needed for a great workout. I belong to a Golds Gym back home in Peoria Illinois and I'm used to the best of the best. This gym is just as good. We travel to Destin every other year for the family vacation so I have used this gym with other family members several times. I always come back to this gym for my workouts. Hope new management is keeping it looking good.
