Everything this is the Very Best Gym I have been to and I have been to a lot of gyms. The equipment is the best and plenty of machines and free weights. I have been to many in this area and this one is top!!!
It is also very clean and that’s important to my husband and myself with the current Covid situation.
Grand Fitness has a great class schedule as well and a class to meet anyone’s level of fitness.

It’s one of the best gyms you will ever visit. It’s meticulously kept with great equipment. It seems to have everything covered, classes, personal training, clubhouse style locker rooms, sauna and their interior decorators did an excellent job. I can go on but this really is the nicest gym I have ever seen.

This facility looks very nice, clean equipment, did not look busy at all. However, it is NOT very accommodating to business travelers.
Communication with the staff seems to be different when speaking to different employees as I was told that I could receive a three day pass when I stopped in the night before to fill out paperwork and to check the gym out.
I show up at 5 AM the next morning to be informed that I do not get a three day pass. On a sidenote, the employee did tell me that I can sign up for a month with my credit card for $110.00 and let them know by the 27th that I would not use it

Love this gym ! So super clean always - super friendly ! Always cool air ! The staff are all genuinely nice ! It’s never packed so no wait for equipment! Great availability and variety of classes - sauna huge bathrooms clean! With towels and things you need ! The trainers are all super nice ! And the head trainer is WONDER WOMAN! So skilled ( coming from a trainer of 15+ years) she is the billboard for what a coach and trainer is meant to be Renee !! Much love to this place ! Keep doing it right !

Beware of Contract!!
I can completely understand locking people into an annual contract to allow for steady revenue and being able to keep the cost of membership down. I can also understand the auto-renewal of an annual contract when the year is up. You don't want local people joining and leaving over and over.
What is unfathomable to me is that if your job moves you six hours away, you are tied to that contract. In a note from the manger it states "our team has the discretion to offer valuable members who have moved

These people are ruthless and rude! It's widely known that gyms get most of their new members at the beginning of the year when people are reeling from the holiday season. Attendance then often dwindles throughout the following months. By autumn I'm sure some fitness centers are probably feeling the strain.

I can't really find anything to complain about here, it's expensive, but it's not like they hide that fact from you. $110 per month with a $50 sign up fee every time you start or restart a contract. It would be nice if they had the option to not auto renew contracts. The clientele consists of mostly baby boomers. Overall it's a beautiful, big, open space with great equipment and staff, the best gym in the area if you can afford it.

I had the worst experience at Grand Fitness recently. The contract they have *might* be legal but it's certainly unethical and not "customer friendly." I've been a member of about 7 gyms through the course of my life (each with yearly contracts) and I've never had an experience like this. I absolutely recommend NOT signing up for a yearly contact with them despite any assumed savings and opt to pay per time or monthly instead OR JOIN SOMEWHERE ELSE. Getting out of the contract is a NIGHTMARE (certain number of days before, they are hard to work with, etc, etc.) and requires

New gym. New equipment. However, the equipment is for large people, not everyone. Most of the machines didn't adjust well for a person of my size. I'm 5'2 and I couldn't put my feet down on most machines and the Others did not align well with my body type. I tried the cardio machines, though they are state of the art, they were not user friendly. They have touch screens that have cable and internet, but if you bumped the screen while running by accident it may change your running schedule or Stop the treadmill all together. BUYER BEWARE. AUTO RENEWAL RIPP OFF
Very nice gym but they include an auto renewal scam in their agreement locking you in for a second year unless your the one person in America that scheduled canceling their agreement 45 days prior to the renewal.
I get a month of liability but they say the reason for the auto renewal is to " protect their clients from paying higher rates" but they obligate you to another entire year vs 30 days
Regardless of their requests to discuss termination options they stand strong on their legal but unethical practice of making you pay the full second year

This is an amazing facility and everyone is so nice and knowledgeable! The childcare room is super clean and the childcare staff are so wonderful. My kids love going to the gym with me and even ask to go! The classes are awesome, too. I cannot say enough positive things about this gym! It's the best of the best!
