READ!!! STAY CLEAR AWAY!!!
I had two big grocery bags of coins mostly quarters in the back seat roughly between $400-600. Which the two bags were documented on my police report. When I picked up my vehicle they were gone!
I went inside told them the situation. Had to hassle the lady to get someone to come search my vehicle. Finally, the owner or manager came out and searched my vehicle completely, which I took video footage of. He could NOT find the two bags of coins. The whole time it felt as if the lady inside and the manager were accusing me of lying about the bags of coins! Specifically the

Don’t use them if you need your car towed because they’ll never show up. My insurance company assigned them to tow my car at 1:45 with an estimated 2 hour wait. After two hours they updated to an additional 90 minute wait. An hour after that they cancelled the ticket and my insurance company had to assign another provider at 5pm. When I called the office to call inquire as to why they held onto the ticket so long the office staff was unprofessional and not apologetic at all for the time wasted. I contacted my insurance company to note that I do not want them assigned to any future towing needs

This review is in regards to retrieving personal belongings from my totalled car. I realize that people also use this location to bid on vehicles but I cant say I have ever done so. The staff here was incredibly friendly and understanding. I just walked in with no prior notice, gave them my VIN, and they had my vehicle at the door within moments. I was able to retrieve everything I needed from the vehicle (making multiple trips from the vehicle to my rental) and no one rushed me at all. They gave me a orange vest to make sure I was safe in the yard and I got to keep it ( as a souvenir I suppose

Heavy tow truck driver John showed up for the tow. Quick hookup and go with a near grossed out load. 20 years in the business I have never seen anyone that could back one up as good as he can with ease. Biggest shocker my bill was near exactly as quoted to me! Appreciate the service will use again!
