We lost the rear axle hub on our 5th wheel going west on I-10. VERY SCARY! NO ONE SLOWED DOWN! Only a few pulled into the passing lane. We could not get off the interstate and the driver side of the truck and 5th wheel were in the road and on a slope. Officer Matthew's, with the sheriff's department stayed with us and made calls until he could find a tow company to help us. One said it would be about 5 hours. The next was there within the hour. Called regarding a towed vehicle from an accident. Company owner got on the phone to answer some questions and was very helpful. We didn't know what direction to go on getting the car picked up and Ty answered all of our questions and gave some good advise. Thankful for the help and information. I learned about a new group of unsung heroes today. These awesome men all work for Watt Towing in Tucson. My brother-in-law was in a car accident yesterday when his car hydroplaned into a construction truck. His car was totaled, and when we went to pick up his belongings from the car, this crew was unbelievably amazing. Needed a 5th wheel moved. Ty and his crew came out to look at removal from a park, within the hour a truck was onsite professional loaded and delivered quickly and at a very reasonable price. Top notch service.
