I might have to file the claim against them and go to find more responsible dental care to finish the job they started 6 months ago. First month after they did my implants, temporary teeth started falling apart , they never did anything to fix them. 5 months I’m suffering and dealing with razor sharp broken acrylic in my mouth, it hurts whenever i eat or speak or even at sleep. I wish it never came to this review, but i can’t take it anymore. I’m sorry.

Very Disappointed! The dentists and Hygienists are wonderful but I had to pay the bill at the time of service, The insurance company paid the bill and they won't give me a refund until all the bills are processed by the insurance company. In the meantime they have 642.00 of my money while we wait for the insurance company to process the last bill in case I might owe them. I don't understand!

Have been coming to American Dental for over 15 years. I have never had a bad experience with them. Just had a extraction and two posts put in for implants, I didn’t even realize the doctor pulled the tooth and put post in, second one took longer because there was no tooth. Very happy with everything.

Have had a number of dealings with this office. I found the dentist to be presumptuous and slightly rude even though efficient in his performance. The office and scheduling was unsatisfactory and in one case unacceptable.
An appointment was scheduled for my son. SMS text messages were sent to my phone regarding an appointment without proper names or reference to who the appointment was for. All it said was "you have an appointment at American Dental on (date) at (time)..."
This resulted in the conveyed notion the appointment was for me. I attempted to confirm that there was actually

I came in after I set an appointment by calling the on-call doctor last evening and he said to be there at 11:20 AM I did not get even seen by anybody to get an x-ray or anything until almost 1230 and that is not even the least of my problems at this place. The lady who took my x-ray was a sweet wonderful and caring lady and I absolutely enjoyed her this review is not dictating anything she did she had me meet the doctor and that is where the problems began. I asked him if I could please express my concerns because I am having very bad dental phobia and I've had it my entire life and I want

Don't even know where to begin... Front office lady Dusty was the only competent person there. I had a crown fall out around Christmas and they put in a temp -- only to have to fall out 3 more times. BUT on another visit, a different crown of mine broke. Went in for a replacement, they put on a temp crown and could never get it off -- even though I paid for a new crown.
The hygienist was rude and wanted to lesson me when I refused to have fluoride and 26 xrays. Told me I shouldn't believe everything I read online.
Canceled my husband's appts 6 times at the last minute.

First the off the receptionist and the assistant is the only professional people in that office HONESTLY, On a professional level, the worse line of service i have experience thus far. went there for a extraction because,of a broken tooth and before even properly examining me there where already talking about a host of money, then once half examined by the dentist Mrs Emmanuel ,she decided to give me a second choice for service in the middle of my extraction, and if that was not the icing on the cake she then shaved the tooth so bad that her assistant had to tell her that was enough. Then, still
