Signature Collision Centers was founded in 2004 by Charles Pipkin. As the industry started to consolidate, Mr. Pipkin saw an opportunity to launch a collision repair business that embraces the Direct Repair Process (DRP) model, and delivers greater value to insurance companies and customers. As a closely held company, Signature works on much tighter profit margins than a large company beholden to investors.
As a result, customers enjoy consistently high-quality service and workmanship. A Win-Win-Win situation. Mr. Pipkin's approach has been rewarded with solid growth and success. Each location is strategically located for convenience; always a new build-out from scratch, never the reincarnation of an existing body shop.

Services
Signature was built around the Direct Repair Program (DRP) model. Insurance companies love Signature because we take good care of each customer while watching the bottom line. As a tightly held, family owned company, we don't answer to shareholders. Instead, we keep our overhead low and pass the savings on to our partners.
Looking for a career with a fast-growing, forward-thinking company? If you're an ambitious self-starter, you could become a member of our team. Signature Collision Centers brings a unique approach to an established industry. We're adding locations rapidly and we are committed to promoting from within - so there is strong room for advancement here.

After waiting three weeks to get my vehicle back I notice that the rear bumper was not fixed properly so when it came time for them to re-fix it I was told that it would take 20 minutes it ended up taking an hour and a half, people work, people have lives, this was a huge inconvenience, their communication as well as their repair work was very unprofessional

Nobody is going to a body shop for a good day. We had to use Crash Champions twice.
They did repair work on my vehicle after I hit a deer. The vehicle came back looking better than I remembered it in a long time. It was actually better than right before hitting the deer.
They also took my wife's vehicle. It was a total loss. Crash Champions was very helpful and professional when my wife went to clear all the stuff out of it. They even removed the old license plates.
I hopefully don't need a body shop for a while, but if I do, I'm going to Crash Champions

I have never met a more terrible repair shop. They barely know their head from their elbow. The return date of our car was pushed back four times, we were told by Sam it was a supply chain issue. I received a call on Wednesday saying that the car would be ready on Thursday for the people to come out to do the stripes and they would get this fixed. My husband received a call this morning from the receptionist Ana who told us now that the car is not going to be ready till Monday and was unable to give any explanation. I’ve asked out for over a week to speak with an owner or manager and have been

Absolute trash experience. No communication from the shop. Zero due diligence on work, had my car in the shop for almost 5 weeks and now it is two weeks after getting it back and it still isn't working properly. I would rather get hit by a bus than use this shop ever again.
Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My 2000 Toyota RAV4 was towed to Crash Champion in Annapolis on 8/27 after a chunk of blown out tire from someone else's vehicle ripped though my undercarriage and broke a loose my exhaust system. They didn't keep me updated as promised. And often when I called for updates their phone went straight to voicemail which was full. It took them a week to do/upload a damage inspection and another week to start ordering parts. First I was told that my insurer might not approve the work because of the age of my car. Then, after the work was approved, I was told they might not be able to find the parts

Amazing service at this place. The experience was actually enjoyable under the circumstances of hitting a deer. They far exceeded what I thought this was going to be. My hats off the the techs and staff. Even during the pandemic my car was finished before the expected date. Crews came in an worked nights to try and get customers back in their cars. Very much appreciated thank you from me.
