Bob Bennett started B & B Auto Body with his son Rob in 2007. Since 2007 B & B Auto Body has been locally owned and operated in Sarasota, providing exceptional auto accident repair and customer service. From the time of the accident (I hit a wild boar) when Robert answered my message from the scene at 9pm, to getting my car back in better shape than ever, the advice and service I received from B & B was absolutely first rate!! They guided me through the whole process and kept me up to speed on what was happening each step of the way and I could not have been happier with the final result! Broken BMW Roof Moldings. Out of 5 attempts to get an estimate, Larry at B & B was the only one who gave me the time of day. He gave me a fair estimate, honest scheduling expectations, and an overall description of the process from start to finish. The other office partner (didn't get name) was also very pleasant and courteous.
I made an appointment for a second estimate with my BMW dealer and not only did it take over 2 hours, I still walked away without an estimate, no services done, and not even details on my check services light. However, I did have someone come out to purchase my vehicle

Faced with an emergency car repair while on vacation in Sarasota, I was directed to B & B Auto Repair and Larry Allen by a local recommendation. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Larry and his team.
His dealings with my insurance company were top notch. He kept me personally informed every step of the way.
And the repairs were executed on time, as promised, and below estimate.
His care, graciousness and professionalism were above and beyond the call of duty. And they contributed greatly to a worry-free holiday and a safe trip back to Canada.

Unfortunately, this is not the review I had anticipated writing. I was very specific asking both the owner and the estimator if they completely cover the parts of the car that aren’t being painted. They both assured me they do. Almost to the point of looking at me like, stupid question. Well, that’s not the case at all! I have overspray all over the top, windows, top of the trunk and partially on the sides. I claybarred most of it off but I still have overspray on the rubber around the windows. I also have two paint runs. Other than that, the job is good, new paint matches the old. It’s unfortunate

This is the beat body shop around. This is the 2nd time I’ve had to use them, the first time for a new Mercedes that had the whole left side destroyed and the Reair of the car was nothing short of amazing. Now they have my new Jag and once again, you can’t tell that there was every any damage done to the vehicle.

5 stars for everyone at B & B Auto Body, especially Bob, Skip and Larry. I brought in a brand new GMC Sierra 2500HD AT4 that had a dime-sized chip in the paint on the right bedside panel down to bare metal. I had tried to touch it up, but wasn’t thrilled with my work so I brought it to B & B. They did a flawless job repairing the paint, to the point where I don’t even remember where the chip was anymore. I’m a local architect and have a very discerning eye when it comes to detail, quality and precision, and I can tell you that these guys did a great job and took really good care of me and

They took care of my car with repairs, parts and painting… to set it up like brand new again. All in one shop! After getting an estimate from a big chain auto body shop, I decided get a second estimate from a local shop. B&B gave a better price and a shorter time frame for repair, and with their great reviews we decided to go with them. Despite some unexpected additional work being required, B&B honored the original estimate and time frame and returned my car in absolutely perfect shape. They worked quickly and efficiently, were courteous and professional, and went above and beyond to make me a happy customer.
