Coburn's Catering Service, Inc. was established in 1946 by Otha T. Purchased food last night for 50 team members. Arrived late and ham was severely burned. Turkey was cold and tasted dry and old. Only a handful of team members served themselves and discarded their plates after tasting the food. We had over 50 hungry and disappointed team members that went without dinner last night. Never again.

Great careers for bus drivers. Valid license is needed. No culinary skills required. Just want anyone confused enough about food. We feed like cows not service customers. Don't do anything above. Remember the right way the wrong way the Coburn way. Kind of like fast times at Ridgemont. No shirt no shoes no dice. Reserved for hotel and hospitality that Hass more than mom and pop. Culinary delights out side Rachael Ray and the state of Texas. Have fun.

I have had to endure this disgusting food for the past four years in the TCU marching band. It's common knowledge in the band that this place will be consistently disappointing. Awful powdered eggs, instant coffee that tastes like rubber, and inedible frozen/reheated food are just a few of the things that make this place so terrible. I can't imagine that these people take any pride in serving this food. I'd take McDonald's over Coburn's every single time. Unless you're looking to cater a prison cafeteria event, this is not the place for you.

I went to an event today at my grandkids Christian school. It was the last day of school before thanksgiving break and we were having lunch with the kids. The caterers was Colburn catering from Fort Worth. I'm 69 years old and I managed restaurants for 32 years. I've eaten lots of catered turkey and dressing in my life but I've never had any that came close to what I had today. These guys know what they're doing.
