We are a small team of lovers of fresh flowers, those that last a long time and smell like celebration. We will be happy to process a cancellation and refund as long as your order has not entered into the preparation process. If your order has been prepared, picked up by our driver, or delivered, we will NOT be able to cancel your order. Please have in mind that we have other orders in our busy schedule, and there are costs associated with canceling an order.

Loved working with Glady's Flowers! They were on the preferred vendor list for the venue we did our wedding at and they were so wonderful to speak to and give/receive feedback on that we didn't need to look elsewhere for a florist! Working with Beatriz was a pleasure! She truly made my vision come to life, and exceeded my expectations. I wanted everything perfect, and even when minor things were not (like the fairy lights I purchased on Amazon for the lanterns being different colors), she took the time to make them work through the arrangements, and helped me to troubleshoot and save money. Frequently, there might be 1-2 things that don't go as expected at a wedding, but the beautiful flowers were the one thing that everyone is still talking and raving about. To be honest 1 star is far above what this flower shop should receive as far as ratings. This might be a good spot to pick up quick flowers but as far as hiring their services for a wedding it's a no go. They have no professionalism and accountability. The owner didn't want to drop off the flowers the day of the wedding and the actual bouquets were a complete disgrace. All the owner focuses on is getting her money but does not care to follow through until the event. I would never recommend her services to absolutely anyone.

I live in New York and my family is in Miami. Ever year I send my Mom flowers I purchase on line and I'm always disappointed. This year I chose Gladys Flowers due to the great reviews and proximity to my parents home. I was not disappointed. My favorite flowers are Peonies and I asked the be included in the arrangement. She loved them! Great job, you have a client indefinitely!

Had a great experience from beginning to end. I had a problem making the order online so I called the number and the lady that took my order was very very accommodating and very nice to work with. My sister received her birthday arrangement and the flowers where so beautiful and fresh! I would definitely do business with her again and recommend to everyone. You won't regret it. I have been trying to reach this company with no real progress. I have to get my flowers with them since they are associated with my venue, Vista Lago. I called and the lady only spoke Spanish. She said that she would have someone that speaks English call me back. I waited a couple days and no one called me back. I then called back a week later and finally, someone texted me. They texted me a day and time that they were available, which clearly didn't work for me since it was during midday on a weekday...um, people work around here. Since I told them

My wife sent me flowers to me from California while I was traveling for valentines day and the arrangement was better than what she expected and one of the best i have ever received. the flowers were fresh, the arrangements were beautiful and the vase was very nice too! they used very nice flowers and did not skimp on quality. very very good florist.

Absolutely phenomenal! I ended up getting some centerpiece flowers for my sweetheart table last minute from Gladys Flowers after having already placed my order for everything else from another florist. Beatriz did my sweetheart table flowers, as well as the flowers for my cake, and oh my goodness, I was blown away. Let me tell you, those sweetheart table arrangements were much bigger and much more beautiful than the ones I used for my centerpieces on the dining tables. They were also a fraction of the cost. The candles in the middle were the final touch, simply stunning. I will definitely go ahead

Beatriz from Gladys Flowers was a pleasure to work with. We took her an inspiration board and she made each center piece, bouquet and flower arrangement exactly like we wanted. She is old school, you wont find high tech computers, orders and invoices but I do guarantee you that she will deliver more than you expect. We loved all of the flowers and her prices were very reasonable and fair.

She is a small shop, so please don't go thinking this is a Flower Shop in The Gables. She writes her invoices by hand, but her old school business type brings that personal touch. She was amazing and on top of every details! Her prices are great! She will tell you the types of flowers that will fit your budget and if you don't know it Goggle it because she has not pictures, at least I didn't ask. But when I has a doubt, after my sample was made, she was brought back to her shop and was able to show me a sample of another bride and I didn't have to pay extra for what I wanted
