Having just started care for my father with Dementia, we decided to use Aston home care. So far we have found the service professional and punctual. It was a hard decision to make as we never needed care before, however the way in which we were advised and how sensitive they were, quickly enabled us to make the right decision for us as a family.

We have 2 carers 3 times a day for my Mum and the staff are always very attentive, courteous and kind. They put Mums feelings and care first at all times to ensure she is comfortable and happy. Nothing is ever a problem from washing to cooking food and shopping if I am not around. Really please with Aston Home Care. Thank you to the whole team

Really pleased with the services being supplied by Aston Home Care in Stone. They have met and exceeded all we could have hoped for. We came into this very new and Olivia was fantastic. She explained how it all worked and we have a call in the morning along with late afternoon and also bedtime. I simply could not manage anymore on my own and now I feel safe and cared for again. Thank you to the whole team for your support.

First let me say that this company is a joke. I needed home health aids and to find out they only had 3? Two of them needed surgery and the other had to come from Dover area. It was so hot and I really needed to have showers. I was only able to receive showers maybe 1 time per week if that. Also, there was no communication between staff members. One hand did not know what the other was doing. I had to call them at least every 2 days to see if any help was coming. The only persons in this company that were consistent was the nurse (lpn) Ivana and physical therapist Sherwin. I loved there professionalism
