Founded in 2009 by two New Jersey physicians who recognized the inherent need for a community-based long-term care option for Salem County residents, Salem County Adult Day Care offers comprehensive, high-quality, compassionate, person-centered care for medically-needy adults 18 years of age and older, who require assistance with chronic health conditions, activities of daily living (ADLs), or both.

Services
At Salem County ADC, safety is our #1 PRIORITY! In order to keep our employees safe, we provide all PPE (masks, gowns, gloves, face shields, etc.), as well as CDC recommended training on infection control (i.e., handwashing, donning & doffing PPE, etc.) We are looking for a dedicated, responsible driver with a clean driving record to join our team.
Our one-of-a-kind (and SUPER AWESOME) Director of Activities/Therapeutic Recreation, Emily, gives you a glimpse of SCADC's engaging, innovative, and fun activities of which are geared toward encouraging maintenance of independence for disabled and older adults, but of which can also be enjoyed by the WHOLE family!

Salem County Adult Day Care has so much to offer. From activities and trips to social work help. An RN is always on site and they recently started having some doctors come in for visits. The new activity director is great and has added so many new activities and finds a way to involve everyone! You have to check out Salem County Adult Day Care!

Salem County Adult Day Care is a great place for all of those ages 18 and over. If u have any Medical needs that your not able to control or need help understanding the nurses are their to lean a helping hand. This program is great for those caregivers that just don’t have the time for themselves. Your love one can be part of a loving program where they are able to socialize with others and learn from one and other. They will receive a health breakfast and lunch. Do day trips and activities. Transportation is also available to and from home. Extra bonus transportation to and from doctors appointments
