Eric was very professional and punctual. During this inspection of the property , he was very thorough and efficient. He provided a detailed report the same day as the inspection and included quality pictures and description to show all issues that were found on the property. We liked the fact that the report also included a summary at the end . Five star! We would highly recommend him to others. Thank you Eric for your excellent service!

Eric inspected a commercial property (converted from a residential property decades ago) we have listed for sale. The condition of the property is fair-poor. The inspection report was provided quickly and had a lot of photos and descriptions of various items of concern. The report also included a helpful summary at the end. I mostly appreciate how he walked the property with me and the buyer to point out and discuss, in-person, the overall condition of the property and safety concerns.

Eric was awesome, he was very thorough and combed through the whole house while answering tons of questions for my fiancé and I. He went above and beyond going on the roof, in the attic, and on the floor checking for any and every concern we could possibly have with our home.

I found out about EC home inspections through google. I saw all the great reviews and decided to hire Eric for a home inspection on a house that I’m purchasing. I’m glad I decided to contact him, he was flexible with his schedule and very responsive. The report he made was very thorough and easy to follow.
