Jerrold is a great inspector. This review is for a pre-purchase inspection that took place in June. We did purchase the home inspected and waited to review after we hired specialists to address each of the findings in the report. Jerrold is professional and guided me through with advice at my level. No man-splaining, lol! Jerold was very kind to me today. I reached out to him about a problem with my subfloors on yelp, and although he does not currently do repairs he still spoke to me on the phone regarding my issue. He told me exactly what was wrong and what the remedy is, coached me on how to get it done. It really left an impression on me that he would take time out to help me, with no return. I must say buying a first time home can be stressful enough and heard of people buying lemon homes. I felt I could rely on a third party inspector with no relations to the home seller and Realtor.
