Services
Luis and Dr. Lilliana Castro, are the Founders and Administrators of Inland Empire Adult Day Health Care / CBAS Center. They have a long history of community involvement in the Corona area. Luis is in charge of Operations. He keeps everything from the cars to the building in shape so staff can focus on participant care and satisfaction.
Contact one of our social workers to receive information about our programs at IEADHC/CBAS Center. At that time, you may also schedule a tour of the center. The social worker will explain the levels of care and services available within our program, discuss how the cost of services are covered, and review the admission process and necessary paperwork.
Our calendar of activities is carefully planned so that every participant has the chance to experience a range of activities that will enrich their lives physically, mentally, and socially. Whether participating in active or passive activities, taking part in our offerings is a great way for participants to be happier and healthier by leaving loneliness behind and participating in healthful and engaging activities.
I am 93 years old and I am very thankful to the Center and to the owners Luis and Lilliana Castro. I would like to write some lines to demonstrate how grateful I am to Inland Empire ADHC/CBAS Ctr., for the good services they provide to me and to other people with health challenges living in Corona, Riverside County.

My mother was diagnosed with Sun Down Syndrome in Sept of last year and my family and I were at wits ends never knowing when her "episodes" would occur. Now she is on antisychotic medicine and her episodes still occur, but we now know how to deal with them somewhat. During this transitional time I found out about Inland Empire Day Care, by accident on one of those sleepless nights of my mothers episodes via the internet. It has been a blessing to me and my family. She loves going there, she says the staff is so nice to her and she loves the lunches. She looks forward to going to

The adults here look like they were being well taken care of and thoroughly entertained. I like how a buzzer goes off every time the door opens. This way no one can wonder off without supervision. I also like the security gate at the end of the driveway so unwanted people can't get in. This facility is worth looking into if you are caring for an adult and need a break between the hours of 8a-2p.

This place is nice for the people who go there. They don't seem to treat their staff well. They rely heavily on students and volunteers. The students and volunteers are nice change of pace, but they need more regular full time staff. I can totally tell that the staff abuses students and the staff does not seem genuine. They also have a revolving door of nurses which is not good and tells me they don't treat the nurses well. I overheard one of the staff talking negatively about the students then turned around and asked the same student for help. They do have good food though for the residents
