Services
The real strength of Chinese Medicine lies in its many tools and highly individualized system of diagnosis and treatment. From acupuncture to herbal formulas, to adjunct therapies like cupping and moxibustion, there is always a tool that can be used for any condition and symptom pattern.

Although Chinese Medicine has just come into the consciousness of many Americans, the fact is that it is an ancient system of medicine, based on thousands of years of careful research and documentation in various sources that date back thousands of years.
The road to conceiving a baby is not always easy. It is often fraught with obstacles, confusion and heartache along the way. As a holistic system that cultivates deep healing and balance from the inside out, acupuncture can help.

We work with couples along the wide spectrum of fertility enhancement, from acupuncture only to treatment with fertility medications like Clomid, to In-vitro Fertilization (IVF), Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) and Donor Embryo Transfer (DET).At BCA, it is our mission to take the word "infertility" out of our vocabulary and focus on balanced nourishment of our bodies.
Your journey doesn't end after getting pregnant; it's only beginning. There are a new host of symptoms to cope with which easily get dismissed as "normal" things that women simply have to grin and bear until the baby is born. At BCA, we disagree with this view.

Chinese medicine offers such a fine-tuned array of tools with which to treat the issues that arise in pregnancy so that women can get significant relief and not simply have to tolerate a challenging pregnancy.Acupuncture and herbal treatment throughout pregnancy can result in a more comfortable, healthy pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum period for both mom and baby.
Postpartum is a delicate time full of change, challenge, and transformation. It can be the best of times and the worst of times, all the same time. The excitement and fantasy of pregnancy gives way to the sometimes harsh realities of full-time mothering with varying levels of support.

It is a time when women are so busy with their babies that self-care easily takes a back seat to the heavy demands of nursing, mothering, sleep deprivation and living a busy life.I always tell my patients that the times in their life when they don't think they have time for acupuncture are the times when they probably need it the most, and postpartum tops the list as one of those times.
One of the strengths of Chinese Medicine is its ability to treat gynecological issues because its diagnostics are so specific; therefore, the root of the problem is apparent and can be easily treated. This can include menstrual difficulties, pelvic disorders, hormonal imbalances, and PMS/PMDD. Acupuncture is an essential tool for addressing any menstrual difficulty you may have been experiencing, whether it is a new problem or a very old one.

I love working with Lindsey and everything about community acupuncture. I am always up for my "acunap" in the recliner. I have had Lindsey help with an injured muscle for the last few months and I have seen a noticiable reduction in pain. She has also been treating the congestion I am getting from my allergies and there has been progress there as well.
My best recommendation though is that acupuncture has changed my life and significantly reduced my chronic pain. I would not be living as well as I am if it were not for these treatments.

I first started to see Lindsey for anxiety and stress and didn't want to go the traditional route of doctors putting me on anti-anxiety medications. Within several weeks of going I was able to manage my anxiety and if I do have the rare attack I'm able to deal with it immediately. I've also seen Lindsey for balancing my hormones and relieving muscle tension. I wish I was still in the area to go to her as she is very tentative and takes the time to listens to your concerns, takes extensive notes and is genuinely there to get you on the road to wellness.

One of the best! Ive had to prior acupuncture experiences that were not great and in fact scared me away for about 8 years. After enduring chronic pain, I went to Lindsey and it was wonderful! After 2 sessions the pain was virtually gone and I am a lifelong customer now. Lindsey takes the time to actually LISTEN to you, explores your needs and tailors each session to your current needs. Its been a (literally) life changing experience as I am pain free again. I owe it all to BCA!

I was referred to Lindsey from CCRM To help increase the blood supply to uterus. I had never done acupuncture before and was surprised by how well it helped with so many different issues I had on top of what I was originally referred for. I found some relief for my PCOS, painful periods, and migraines. We were able to also increase the blood flow to my uterus which helped in my last successful attempt with a frozen Embryo transfer that ended with a twin pregnancy. During our infertility treatment it was such a nice stress reliever to go and relax during acupuncture. I’m thankful everyday for

I started seeing Lindsey in 2014 for issues surrounding fertility. Lindsey is hands down amazing!! Her demeanor, expertise, kind spirit instantly draws you in. After seeing Lindsey for a short time, my husband and I were pregnant with twins!! I continued to see Lindsey throughout my pregnancy as she assisted with things like sleep, pain, sickness, etc. After my delivery I continued to see her and still do to this day. In fact, I have several other family members going to her as well.
My oldest daughter suffered a wrist injury and after engaging in PT, fascial stretching and massage, we started

I've been working with Lindsey for a month to manage bone on bone knee pain until my scheduled surgery. The relief was felt after three sessions of acupuncture and became manageable. If anyone is thinking about an alternative to medication you should call BCA. Work with Lindsey who is extremely knowledgeable about the body, and she will help you find answers to alternative medicine.

I have been with Lindsay for around 10 or 11 years. She is a great acupuncturist! I would highly recommend her. I love that she also realizes that not every one can afford acupuncture and implemented her rolling scale payments. This allows me to get in every other week instead of once a month. I really appreciate that. Anyone that visits her practice will walk away very happy that they went. She is very skilled and loves what she does and that is very apparent.

I’ve been seeing Lindsey Mckoy with Broomfield Community Acupuncture for 9 years. I went to Broomfield days searching for an acupuncturist to refer my massage clients to. I figured since I’d never had acupuncture before I should give it a try. On a regular basis over the years I try to have it done every 2 weeks, wow am I amazed how well it works for me. It not only calms my ailments, such as sore thumbs, back pain, rib pain, knee pain but it also helps so much with my mental well being. It’s helped me so much over the years to “not sweat the small stuff.” She also does cupping which
