It is our mission to provide excellent acupuncture and Chinese Medicine treatments to the communities of Broomfield, Westminster, Boulder and the North Denver areas. Joshua Schneider, L.Ac. and Gretchen Belenchia, L.Ac. began to study acupuncture and Chinese Medicine because they independently experienced the power and effectiveness of this medicine. Josh and Gretchen are a husband and wife team who own and operate Cloud Gate together. They will work with you to treat your symptoms and the cause of your illness or health concern.

I believe that healing comes from within, and that we all have the capacity to heal ourselves. This ability to heal can be compromised by lifestyle, diet, stress, and pathogens, just to name a few. My role as a Chinese medicine practitioner and acupuncturist is to provide additional resources that assist your body's ability to heal.
Acupuncture is a tool that helps to restore the smooth flow of qi (chee). By inserting and manipulating needles at specific points on the body, the body is more balanced and its innate ability to heal itself is promoted. Chinese Medicine is more than just acupuncture. Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners are required to undergo extensive education, including detailed study of human anatomy and training in Clean Needle Technique.

I have been seeing Gretchen for 4 months for my shoulder pain and fertility treatment. my shoulder started feeling much better after 1 month and it helped to reduce my stress as well.
I went to get treatment twice a week for a couple of weeks around my IVF(Transfer cycle). It worked! I got pregnant!!!
Gretchen is super friendly and kind. I loved going there every time.
Unfortunately, I am moving back to Japan now and I and my husband can not go there anymore, but we both loved Gretchen's treatment.
Also, the place is super clean and the music is very relaxing and nice!

East meets west in surgery recovery, and east wins!
I’ve been seeing Josh, and on a couple of occasions Gretchen, for help with ailments including but not limited to arthritis in my fingers, broken toe, stress, shingles and most recently injuries from a car accident.
The techniques used are varied, and amazing!
Josh uses needles for acupuncture, and also perform cupping, (which I LOVE), heat therapy, cranial work, and some other techniques that I can’t explain, I just know they work for me, and allow me to work through just about anything.

Cloud Gate's practitioner, Moshe's, distance healing has a profound effect on my body, mind and spirit every time we enter into that space together. I have been seeing Gretchen for almost two years now (I had to go back through my emails to figure that out...I honestly can’t believe it’s been so long!). I don't have enough positive words to be able to describe the help and compassion Josh and Gretchen show. I was new to acupuncture and even though I had a million questions they answered them very clearly and made very comfortable with the whole process. I could not be more satisfied with the services and care offered at Cloud Gate Acupuncture and Healing Arts. I came to Cloud Gate after visiting several other acupuncture offices (and experienced mediocre/sufficient advice and care).
