Services
A $20.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

Manager doesn't seem to know how to do his job, applied for apartment and I had to continually make trips back and forth several times to re do paperwork that was already done. I have even made trip out there before 4pm and doors were locked and curtains were closed, even though I was told that he would be available until 430pm Monday thru Friday. But, I have talked to matience man, whom is very helpful, and always has a smile. I have spoke to several residents of pebble ridge, and everyone has only had wonderful things to say about the matience man, and not much good to say about manager.

We give it only 2 stars not for the actual units, even though we are looking to move away from here. the units are pretty nice, but the rising cost, of the year after year rent increases, and the mandatory bi-monthly housing inspections they do strips you of privacy and it gets overwhelming, and besides that the town is very small and doesnt offer anything productive or new.
