The apartments are centrally located and very accessible to Wausau, Weston and Schofield. It is pet friendly. The management staff is very accommodating and got me in within 3 days of viewing. They showed me much kindness and any maintenance request was met immediately. They keep you up to date by e-mail and/or text. The property itself is very quiet, which is very nice. My unit has a washer/dryer which was new! I have never had an issue with parking. The walkways are shoveled immediately, and the parking is cleared of snow quickly in the winter. They even have docks. My husky loves her spot on

I am a traveling surgical tech so it's difficult to find housing that will allow 3 month renting. When I first contacted this complex, the manager Ruth, was warm and inviting. She wasn't used to this kind of request but was eager to help me. I wasn't in the area yet because I was still in another state from a previous assignment. She sent me pics and specs of the apt, was very reassuring that I wouldn't get taken advantage of. I ended up finding a place a little cheaper, when I got there I had been bamboozled. The apt was so filthy I had to stay in a hotel until they cleaned it. I was starting

I've lived here with my girls since my divorce 10 years ago. The buildings are always clean and well cared for, the property is safe for all ages, and when something needs fixing, it's always been taken care of in 24 hours or less. Each floor has it's own washer and dryer and with teens I do a lot of laundry and rarely have trouble getting it done when I need to. Small dogs and cats are also allowed which we've taken advantage of and which is welcome rare for this area's apartments. The buildings are also now key access only which is a nice extra level of security. I would recommend this complex
