Apparently Mr Burks reassured him that it was a gorgeous, one of a kind antique ring that he could whip into shape. He just had to trust Mr Burks to do what they do best. Well, luckily he did that and we all have been wow’d by the final product!! I get compliments all the time. I came in with a number of 'diamonds' from family to identify - turns out a couple were real and Mr. Burks helped me pick out a lovely setting which he even altered a bit to highlight the diamond's cut. Pictures speak for themselves! Definitely a fantastic, personal experience. Mr. Burks is the guy to get it done!

I currently work as a registered nurse, and I have a beautiful class ring that was tarnished after using chemicals at work. I called Mr. Burk and asked if he could possibly restore my ring back to new, and he told me to bring it in. Who knew within 5 minutes this guy would have my ring shining bright again. Thanks Burks! The gentlemen there are very helpful and fun to work with. My ring was resized and also the stone was secured better than it was. They really thought of any future issues I could have and corrected them now, while giving me the option to not. Nice to support a great family owned local business like this. If you’re in need of some jewelry assistance, go see them! Also enjoyed that their display pieces were unique estate pieces and not the same mass produced things you see everywhere.
