Services
Evaluation and treatment of various orthopedic and neurologic conditions, sports and work injury treatment; development of customized treatment plans with an emphasis on therapeutic exercise, stretching, pain relief modalities and hands on\ manual therapy. Physical Therapy in a pool setting designed to reduce joint compression pain, improve weight-bearing/walking tolerance, build strength/flexibility and return to normal daily activities.
I've had the good fortune to use Scott and his team a number of times over the last several years. His staff is always attentive, focused and a real pleasure to be around. I can't say enough good things about Scott Crawley and his commitment to excellence. The teammates may have changed over the years, but they are always first class individuals and completely committed to successful patient outcomes.

I’ve been to a few places for PT and none of them gave me the kind of therapy that I got at Focus. It was totally different . I felt like I was doing things that were more intense to my therapy.The atmosphere was really good there. Everyone was friendly and caring. I would highly recommend Focus Physical Therapy to anyone needing help to get back what they lost in surgery,etc.

I have done PT at several different places in NE FL, over the past 7 years or so. Of all of those places, and of all of the physical therapists that I have seen, this place is different. Everything about FOCUS is different in the best way. Every single appointment, from beginning to end, there is actual intention and effort made to help me get stronger and better. The bottom line for me is - I actually look forward to my appointments because Elizabeth is helping me SO MUCH and it really feels like she actually cares about helping me. Everyone at Focus is Amazing!!! So friendly, kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. (I had 35 sessions with them - torn my ACL skiing) Completely trusted them with everything and I’m doing great now! Was sorry my PT had to end. Such great therapist! Elizabeth was my main therapist and she was Awesome! Will definitely miss all of them!

Best place to rehab from injuries. Having just completed my rehabilitation from a partial detached bicep, I cannot recommend the team at Focus Physical Therapy enough. From initial assessment, through weekly sessions, to final assessment, my rehab has been informative and well structured.
The team kept all sessions fresh and challenging, changing up exercises and weights throughout my recovery. Requesting and providing feedback during my sessions, I felt fully engaged and always looked forward to attending.

I loved this place so much I didn't want my therapy to end.😁 Elsa is an amazing therapist. She taught me many things I can do on my own to relieve foot/ankle pain. When I went back to my surgeon for my recheck, he said he was impressed with my progress. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone who needs physical therapy.
