Luis Cota who was the sales consultant was friendly and made the experience very comfortable through the entire purchase. I never felt pressured to make the purchase and Luis seemed knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the vehicle. After the purchase was completed he continue to show me all of the features the car had and assisted me in connecting my phone to the car. I would highly recommend Luis if someone is looking to make their next purchase from Jim Click Ford.

Omg thanks to all the help from Stanly Bland and Jim Click Ford my family is now cruising in our much loved Escape. Everyone worked really hard and took the struggle out of getting us back on the road safely. It's been a crazy year and they were very compassionate to my situation and pulled every string they could find for us.

Typically when you purchase a vehicle or have service done, FORD will send out an email asking to complete a survey. I didn’t receive one this time around though. So I’m leaving this review instead because my husband and I were really impressed with two individuals that represent FORD and the exceptional customer service that they provided. I took my vehicle in for service this past November. I wasn’t happy with it and was honestly really frustrated that morning. Dave Clor (and Leslie) stepped in to assist me and I couldn’t be more grateful for the both of them. Dave was honest, personable

I asked this company if it was true that they required buyers to pay $400 for tinted windows under threat of delaying their vehicle for months and they simply deleted the comment without responding. They also REQUIRE you to prepay them $1000 for maintenance fees on on an EV - which doesn’t have any maintenance required other than washer fluid.
If… they want to add on fees, they should simply do that. Forcing a customer to have their Windows tinted is ridiculous!
I’m not saying you shouldn’t buy from them. I’m simply saying that if do you visit them, do it with both

The check engine light keeps coming on in our Ford F-250 Diesel. Second time in for service. 1st time light only stayed off for 2 weeks. Now our 2nd car broke down and it will take time to get a part. Keep trying to reach service mgr to get truck back so we have a vehicle to use. He never returns our calls. Do not use this service dept. They are rude and unresponsive. Would give them 0 stars if possible.

I came to Jim Click Ford after not having very good service at another Ford service dealership on Oracle Rd.

I initially called Jim Cluck Ford to request a vehicle service appointment but met with no luck. On 07/14/2021 I decided to stop at Jim Click Ford to see if I could make an appointment for vehicle service. I met with employees working the service department cashier. They were friendly, courteous but could not answer my question. They referred me to the "Service" desk where I met Service Advisor Sebastin Ursu.

Sebastian restored order and quickly made me forget about all the issues

Took my car in for an oil change and they completely messed my car up they are claiming to not have touched anything else but my oil pressure is now through the roof and check engine light is now on so not only did they take 3.5 hours to do an oil change but on top of that they wont tell me what to do how to fix this and they aren’t claiming responsibility for their actions I’ve had the car for almost 2 years and never once had a problem till i took it here completely ridiculous WILL NOT RETURN!!

Recall issues. Ford sent me a letter to get a recall done. Called to make the appointment at the Tucson location on 22nd, left messages. After no response called the next day and spoke to Mark. The appointment was made by him and I received an appointment confirmation by text for 6/9/21. After arranging to be picked up, I arrived at my appointment… time. Mark said he wasn’t aware of the appointment being made, the parts weren’t in, even his wife’s Ford hadn’t gotten parts. He told me to call later sometime to see when they received the parts. There is not an honest bone in their body in the finance department nor sales department. They will try to sell you everything to include a kitchen sink for your truck. On top of everything else, they ignore emails after purchase of truck. Good luck to you after you purchase a truck from them.

What a shitshow. I had my F350 in for service and left it overnight as you CANNOT type in what your vehicle needs on the App. And no one calls back when you want to schedule an appt by phone. The service wasnt done (replacing bolt on tailgate cover, which was loose and I paid $150 to be told my backup camera is bad, another $675 quote . My tailgate liner bolts are constantly loose and one missing, specifically asked for that to be fixed and was not. . Asked to see what my warranty covers. Sent to sales where they screwed around for an hour showing me other vehicles, had to ASK for the brochure

I've had nothing but good experiences at this dealership so yes, I'm a fan and would recommend them to anyone. In fact, I do!!

My 1st interaction with a Jim Click dealership was when my husband and I drove past an Auto Mall location late in the evening when they were closed. We parked outside the gate and looked at a couple of trucks on the outer edge of the lot. A man came out from inside the dealership and started talking to us and walking around with us. He was MORE than helpful and incredibly down to earth - really wanting to help. That man was Jason Ryan and he was the finance guy

Probably the worst Ford dealer I have ever been to. Jim click. I have money and you don't. You pay me and pay me. To bad it is the only place in town. Took 8 months to get the part to fix his recall. Don't really think so. No money in fixing recalls for free. Five star service is not in their vocabulary. So you wait 8 moths and do you think they call you and say we have the parts? That is s big NO. Again no money in recalls. Just labor they have to pay for. So it s comes down to Jim Click money money money. Is he even still alive? Or are they just using his name. Service department review only. Really depends on the service rep. Had one that took 4 days to return the call. However I did have another person I worked with that I liked and called him. When the first guy did finally call I told him the car was already in for service.

Ray Labodo however is a great rep. Returned the phone call within 20 minutes. Took care of things. Diligent. A rare thing it seems. Much appreciated. Restores ones faith in "service".

The service department waiting area has the TV. Wifi. Refreshments. Some free some you pay for. Waiting area is clean.
