Ricardo was awesome, I got a great car and am totally satisfied with my experience. Just make sure you bring ALL POSSIBLE PAPERWORK, because they asked me for everything one piece at a time, the whole process took almost seven hours over two mornings. If they had given me a checklist up front, I probably would have 5 starred them.

We saw a van advertised on their website and went to look at it on a Saturday. When we got there, the first guy that talked to us asked if he could help but didn't introduce himself. We told him that we wanted to look at that particular van. He said he'd get the keys and suggested that we look around. He didn't tell us where the van was parked, and he disappeared. We started looking and several others asked if we'd been helped. We said we had but didn't know his name because he hadn't introduced himself. Since we'd been "helped", the next couple of guys

Bought my first used car from Cactus Auto 4 years ago and oh boy have I had NOTHING but trouble with it. I was very happy with the car at first but after having the car for about a month small things started to creep up. Small things eventually turned into even a bigger headache. I have a sneaking suspicion that Cactus Auto truly does not check all of the cars that they end up buying. I would say this dealer is garbage. Sold me the worst lemon in the world. I would never ever buy from this company again and definitely will not be recommending anyone to buy from here.

Shannon was my salesman. He dealt with me changing my mind for over 5 months, and today he found the right car! It's exactly what I needed and he didn't hesitate to make sure I saw this vehicle and I fell in love. He's a great person, just tell him what you need and he will make it happen. This is a garbage dealer. Sold me the worst lemon in the world. Went to their service department like a month after buying the car and multiple other times all about the same issues. They always said they couldn't find anything. Now the problem was finally presented itself (to the Chevy dealer, not the cactus auto service department) and the warranty we got through cactus auto won't even cover the thousands of dollars in damages because they're blaming us for the issue. I also called cactus auto to get the service records from before they sold me the car. They didn't even do

You're not going to find a newer nicer used car anywhere else than this place. My buddy Chris down here hooked us up with a 2015 Toyota Corolla s and got us a crazy good deal on it. I'm really impressed with the quality of their cars and definitely have plans on coming here for our next new vehicle. There's a lot of choices in deciding a dealership and it's really stressful especially when you don't feel good about any places. I hate the pressure of dealerships and I didn't feel pressured at all, and instead of telling them what I want to look at and being showed something

Bought a 2006 Chevy from Gary here at Cactus Auto
Gary was easy to work with, and I ended up driving away from the lot very pleased with the entire experience.
While driving away, I noticed the ignition was being "funny", so I told Gary. He said give me a call in the morning (he stayed after hours to find alive my car). Gave him a call, and within 2 weeks they fixed the problem.
4 weeks later and 2 days before I moved out of state, I notice the spare tire was missing... gave Gary a call and he took care of the entire situation.

I realllllllly needed a new, dependable vehicle. I have to commute about 20 miles to work every day and make a lot of trips back and forth between Phoenix and Tucson on the weekends.. started seeing my mileage creep up.
