Incredible Builders were highly professional and personable from start to finish. They provided an estimate that I could mix and match with what I wanted them and I could also do. They were also flexible with changes and made sure I was a well with the work and cost. There were no surprises when it came to first or final invoices and I knew exactly what everything was going cost without any hidden fees. I would highly recommend them and I plan on using them again.

This is our second home and we wouldn’t trust anyone other than Incredible Builders Inc. to do our work. They’re professional, provide wonderful consultation and support and their craftsmanship is unmatched. It’s tough to find a contractor that checks all boxes — we’re lucky we found IBI and hope this review makes shopping for a contractor a bit easier.

We were moving and needed a few upgrades quickly in our new place. Tony came through and completed all the upgrades in 2 weeks! All of his subs were timely and professional. This is the second time we used Incredible Builders and we are happy we did.

My husband and I were thinking of adding on an in-law addition. Tony was quick to email back and get an appointment locked in. We were able to meet with him in less than a week! Our visit went well. He took Covid precautions, listened to our thoughts, shared his own ideas based on experience, and even tried to help us visualize what realistically could work/how the process happens. Yelp reviews work! After posting a 1-star, negative review, the owner of the company called me and offered to do his best to make things right. They came back out to my house and re-sealed my sun-room at no additional charge and this time it was done right. I'm happy they did the right thing in the end.

Tony and his team at Incredible Builders are top notch. I hired them to do a complete tear out and renovation of my bathroom. They provided me clear up front pricing. He brought in everyone on day one so I could meet all the people that would be working in my home while I was away at work. At last minute, literally right before they started, I requested several changes. Each request was met with "no problem, we'll take care of it." They provided a concise schedule, and actually ended up finishing early. Much appreciated since this was my master bathroom. I would definitely hire them

In the summer, I had Incredible Builders put up a new, walk out deck (with railing) for my apartment. It is a sizable space and they did a wonderful job.
They had to deal with my landlord who was quite picky about what could and could not be accomplished due to the roof warranty (deck sits on top of a business), stingy city ordinances, and various other delays which they handled with aplomb.
The individuals sent out to complete the installation were efficient, engaging, and meticulous.
We now have a brand new, spacious deck with which to host our friends and parties! I would not hesitate to
