IYCB has been serving the Boulder community with quality Iyengar Yoga classes for more than 25 years. Our studio provides a comfortable, unassuming, and safe environment where we work with students of all ages and abilities. The center is run by Laura Allard-Antelmi who has been teaching Iyengar Yoga for nearly 30 years.
She is an acclaimed and sought-after teacher of human anatomy and is an expert in teaching therapeutic yoga. We offer group classes weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. Private sessions are also available by appointment. IYCB also offers workshops featuring visiting master teachers covering a variety of topics.

Services
These flexible 6-month memberships are a great way to save money on classes for those students who will come to yoga less than three times a week. Come whenever you like. Classes must be used within 6 months from date of purchase. Our eight-week sessions for new and continuing beginners allow students to come to 1 or 2 Basics or Foundation classes each week.
Laura Allard-Antelmi is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor, anatomist, and founder of the Iyengar Yoga Center of Boulder. Having studied therapeutic yoga with Stephanie Quirk and the Iyengar family, Laura has more than 22 years of experience using yoga to help people heal.

Laura's anatomy workshops are for yoga teachers and and students who are interested in deepening their knowledge of the human body to inform their teaching, their practice, or both! Each workshop includes discussion of anatomy as it relates to yoga postures, common injuries, and how to prevent and/or work with these injuries.
Iyengar Yoga, created by B.K.S. Iyengar, is a form of yoga known for its use of props, such as belts and blocks, as aids in performing asanas (postures). Iyengar Yoga focuses on the structural alignment of the physical body through the development of asanas. It aims to unite the body, mind and spirit for health and well-being.
Iyengar Yoga Center of Boulder (IYCB) is an intimate local studio that offers yoga classes for all levels of students in the Iyengar tradition. With the blessings of Guruji (B.K.S. Iyengar), our studio was founded by Laura Allard-Antelmi in 1991 and has been in continuous operation ever since. Along with our friends at Yoga Workshop, we were one of the first yoga studios to open in town.
