Yoga Loft
Avita Yoga is a moving meditation that heals in body and mind. Nearly anyone can benefit because it uses attainable shapes to rejuvenate tissues in and around the joints. The result is more health, mobility, and peace of mind. I miss coming to class in person but find listening to your voice on the online classes is so reassuring.

I can still reach a nice meditative state. I am currently in my second month of your classes and feeling wonderful changes in my 63 yr old body. Dear Jeff, I want to thank you so much for these streaming live classes. I got so depressed after discovering that the studio had closed, and that there would be no more classes for an undetermined period of time.

Frauds! I got kicked out because I refuse to be a lab rat for the government and take a vaccine which doesn't work, which is untested and which 100% goes against my spiritual practice.

Illnesses are caused by dysfunctional states of consciousness. Period!!!

Owner too worried about losing money from libtard customers who haven't the slightest clue what "Yoga" is really about. Just a pathetic sell-out.

I'm an average yogi...and perhaps my limited experience doesn't even warrant calling myself a yogi. Nonetheless YL is a wonderful welcoming environment where I always feel comfortable and supported. When I find myself in awkward moments, each instructor seems to effortlessly find their way over with a gentle suggestion.

I also recognize the knowledge and skill with all staff members. Typical classes start with the instructors asking questions of the class as to mood, areas to focus...and then they find ways to address. You won't be disappointed.

I took a yin class here and had an excellent experience. The class was solid and grounded and the instructor was very warm and seemed sincere. This studio isn't flashy but seems authentic and grounded I. The true meaning of yoga. If we hadn't moved to North Boulder I would be at this studio all the time!

Lots of space to spread out. The Yin Yoga instructor was really helpful and I was happy she came to adjust me. The best part was, I walked out of there pain free in the back of my neck!!! I’ve been experiencing neck pain for awhile and it was amazing not to have that pain to contend with. Thank you!

I like everything about yoga loft, from the employees/instructors to the facility and its views of the Flatirons. The class offerings are frequent and varied enough to fit just about any schedule or desired practice. Yoga Loft also provides a supportive community and safe environment that encourages exploration and trying new things.

Let me start by saying that if you're looking for your average yoga place ready to flow- be careful what classes you sign up for. Avita yoga is a very different kind of yoga. If you are looking for something to help heal an injury this is the class you want to take. I have learned more about my body, stretches, and healing in these classes with Jeff Bailey than I have in all of my years going to physical therapy for my sciatica. It's amazing what these small movements have done for me. I stumbled across Avita at a yoga festival and didn't really know what to think but the next day

Michael was a great instructor. She clearly explained the nuances of each pose, which was helpful for a beginner like myself. On top of giving clear instructions, Michael also gives kind energy and peaceful vibes to her class. She's a gem, and I'm glad I got to take one of her classes on my road trip through Colorado.

I'm from out of town and came with my aunt who is a regular with the Avita classes. I've heard her speak so highly of this studio and I finally got to come, and man I wish i lived here it would be the only one I'd ever need again! Will be coming back as much as i can before I head back home.

I swear, every time I take a class here I enter a time vortex. I used to (at previous studios) look at the clock 30 minutes into a class and think "oh god, hang in there." Here, I find myself at the end of the hour feeling like a teletubby that's just been woken up from the best nap, and surprised that the hour has passed already. Warm, welcoming, non-competitive environment. Truly great and compassionate instructors that give individualized care and attention. I am feeling my body in new ways, and coming into a whole new body awareness. I feel like I've found a hidden gem

I love how authentic the teachers are at yoga loft. They've all been amazing but Sarah W. and Hannah really stand out and I seek out their classes. I got up early this am just because Sarah was teaching. The view is also incredible and the props are good quality. Overall it's got the best vibes I've found in a yoga studio in Boulder. Thanks for creating such a beautiful space.

I love how friendly the staff is. They welcome you the moment you walk in the door. They care about each individual and ask how their clients are doing and if they have any concerns or particular physical issues they wish to address. In class, they actively walk around and make gentle adjustments or make encouraging comments.

I've been to a lot of yoga studios. Yoga Loft embodies what yoga is about: being of one mind, body and spirit with one's self and others. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Kaiut yoga has changed my life. In addition, the staff is outstanding. Everyone is always so welcoming and helpful, especially Sarah and Laurie I feel nurtured and safe when I arrive and always leave feeling peaceful, centered and grateful. Jeff is hands-down the best yoga teacher I have ever experienced in the 25 years I've taken classes. Thank you!

The only great studio that I've been to (or looked at classes) in the Boulder/Longmont area. Such a wide variety of classes extending beyond your basic vinyasa flows, no shoved-down-your-throat spirituality and a great intro offer.

Only downside is that the rates are a bit high (I can't afford it regularly) and that the location is in south boulder which was quite the drive for me coming from Iris/Broadway and is now impossible now that I live in Hygiene.

Please consider opening a Longmont location!!!!

Beautiful space and wonderful instructors and staff. I appreciate the variety and timing of classes to accommodate a changing schedule. I've been in the Kaiut Yoga classes for 4 months to support a chronic foot injury, and the classes have been profoundly healing and exceeded my expectations. After a few months, the issue has resolved(!), and I have more mobility and overall well-being. Highly recommended!

Good safe alignment based practice , but perhaps a little too careful--even for beginners. I was visiting from Philly where I also teach and practice --the teacher was fine but never shared much of herself at all---except to throw out some Sanskrit terminology such as "Samastihiti" and never define the term--especially to beginners-to me this makes yoga less accessible . There are teachers ...and there are "instructors" and I felt that this class lacked the "heart and soul" of teaching" I don't think she ever said her name and I won't say it here, as

What a great yoga studio! The space is beautiful- studios look out on the flat irons and the 6am class was held outside on the deck during good weather. Sun salutations to the actual sun, overlooking the mountains with crisp white clouds, bright blue sky and birds sailing overhead? Yes, please. The ladies locker room is beautiful- clean with simple yet beautiful design. And a bowl of hair ties in case you forgot yours, how lovely! I liked the variety of classes and instructors. Forest yoga with Jon is my favorite! His classes are always both fun and good for my soul. Love the emphasis on protecting

Awesome place in Boulder to do yoga, especially as an out-of-towner. They are very welcoming and their drop-in rate of $18 includes a mat rental. They also have a $30 option for 30 days which would make sense if you're going to go there more than once if you're just visiting Boulder. They have an ample schedule with lots of options of styles and teachers.

They have legit locker rooms with showers and their new studio room has a soft floor that is really comfy but still allows for good gripping.

Best of all the studio has big windows to view the mountains as you are doing yoga! Highly

The Yoga Loft is such a breathe of fresh air in Boulder's yoga community! This studio offers so much! I absolutely love the calm yet energetic vibe of the studio and staff. It is not a corporate zoo of people or pressure. The teachers are diverse and fantastic. I truly feel this is a studio that cares about each student and will ensure you reach your goals in a healthy way.

It was my last few hours in Colorado and I wanted to take one more yoga class. I picked a Vinyasa 2 class. Yoga Loft is upstairs and faces the Flatirons. The studio was under construction at the time. The mats were $2 to rent.

The class was amazing. It was full and started off with chanting/singing. Most people are regulars as they easily chanted along. I tried my best. The flow was perfect and the instructor was hands on. I was able to do many poses I had previously struggled with thanks to the flow of the poses. At the end, I was given a face towel with lavender oil that helped me stay calm

In preparation for my visit to Boulder, it was reassuring to know there's a kundalini yoga presence here so that I needn't miss my practice. Yoga Loft is located off of the Broadway/Table Mesa Skip bus stop (near Pharmaca and Kim and Jake's), and it's a sweet little yoga studio with a friendly staff to greet you, and a practice room that offers a stunning view of the mountains. Before I headed into class, I was especially appreciative of the thoughtful touches in the women's locker room: three shower stalls (!), plenty of storage area/lockers for your personal stuff,

They even have hair ties in case you've forgotten yours! = a nice touch
They also have testers of Pangea Organics' beauty products to try,
and a little boutique of yoga goods.

Nice VARIETY OF CLASSES with great teachers: from basic (Yoga Fundamentals - FREE class) to semi-hot (Heated Fusion) to stretch (Yin Yoga) to Steph Schwartz' beautiful chanting (during Happy Hour Flow) and more.
