Katy Daixon Wimer is a southern Wisconsin story-teller, soul dweller, poet, and photographer dedicated to reconnecting people to themselves and the natural world. Capturing who you are and telling your story while guiding you toward a deeper connection with yourself light Katy up. That's where the magic happens.
You'll usually hear her talk about self-care and feelings. Her favorite part of the day are those magic morning hours before the world wakes up where she gets to reflect and breathe. When she's not shooting your portraits, you can catch her stretching out on her yoga mat, doing tarot/oracle card readings for insight and guidance, or taking an abundance of nature photos on Instagram, prints of which you'll often find for sale at The Book Teller!

Thomas and I are both Artists, and we live a very vibrant and colorful lifestyle. He performs as a minstrel, dressed in cotton tunics and hand crafted Turkish vests, and I, his Muse and dancer of his music, adorned in 25 yard skirts, beaded medallions, colorful trinkets, and a rainbow of faux flowers or feathers adorning my crown.
