Lenny Andrews founded Hawk-Eye Home Inspections in 2002 based on his commitment to and pride in the Beaufort community. Although not a Beaufort native, Lenny has called Beaufort home since 1988 when he was stationed at Parris Island. As a Marine, Lenny refined his ability to give due attention to detail, which now allows him to perform thorough and thoughtful home inspections today.
Hawk-Eye Home Inspections, LLC keeps the client at the forefront in providing quality home inspection services. Hawk-Eye Home Inspections utilizes a unique digitalized reporting system which enables them to produce a detailed same-day report with pictures which highlight areas of concerns transmittable via email.
I understand that according to States Standards of Practice a home inspection is a visual inspection. The concerns and findings found are based solely on the opinion of the inspector and express no warranty or guaranty. I further understand that the home inspection is a service provided and that the Fee's are not contingent on the final sale of the home.

While I’d love to say that the inspectors who came out to my home did a great job, I confidently can say that they did NOT. Not only did they miss MAJOR storm damage to our roof, they also missed a tree in the back yard that was in dire need of being removed. Two things that my father found within 10 minutes of being at my house. They are now declining my calls and will not speak with me on the matter. Choose someone else. Or just call a dad with 50+ years of looking at stuff. They’ll help you more than these guys.

Hawkeye did an amazing job looking at details of my home and going into tight spaces such as attics to make sure my attic was in good shape. They arrived on time and got the report back to my realtor in a reasonable time. We have had no issues with our home. They were very professional and communicated well with me and my realtor.

Lenny and his team did a phenomenal job. We have actually used them twice when purchasing a home in South Carolina. The level of detail they bring to their job is very comforting. We know exactly what we are getting into. On the first house, they walked us through step by step what they found, and what we learned was this is not the house for us!
When we found our next house, they were the first people we called to set up the inspection. They were extremely accommodating with our schedule and provided a clear and sound inspection report. We could not be happier - thanks again!

We are closing on our first house which is so nerve wracking. We got our home inspection back and were absolutely thrilled with how thorough, honest, and just overall detail of our home inspection report we got back. I bought and sold a house this summer and Lenny from Hawk Eye did the inspections on both properties. His inspection report is unbelievably thorough, easy to understand and clearly identifies all identifiable issues. Lenny further will take the time to explain to the client his findings and also re-inspect once repairs are complete. On my new home purchase, Lenny identified several major issues including a major plumbing leak that would have cost me over $11,000. Having seen this process as a buyer and seller, I absolutely recommend Hawk Eye Home Inspection.
