The home inspector's primary job should be to educate about major conditions of the South Carolina home under consideration. The inspection purpose is to inspect the entire property, per the assigned purpose pre-inspection agreement, thus communicating / providing within a reasonable degree of certainty a confidential client report.

I called about having a home inspection done for some outside problems I'm having (porch, stairs and deck) and Adam was kind enough to talk with me over the phone and give some suggestions. He recommended someone who is much closer to where I live and subsequently e-mailed me a 44 page Residential Wood Deck Construction Guide and Code booklet. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and even followed up with me. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with home inspections.

Adam worked with us to identify issues we were having with water intrusion. We were very impressed with Adam's knowledge and willingness to explain the problem so that a corrective plan could be initiated.
