All COVID protocols were followed and during our one week project the team was always on time and so friendly . They are so professional and went above and beyond to be sure our new kitchen floor was perfect . Communication was fantastic and they not only answered all my questions but got back to me very soon when we I called or texted . I have never seen a team work so hard and take such pride in their work and be so happy to do it! . Very reasonable prices and they use high quality materials. I highly recommend them.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service from Jaime and his crew. Jaime was very helpful in showing us samples at our place. When I couldn't decide we visited his store and looked at many more samples. We really wanted a higher quality since it's been 20 years since we moved in and likely just as much time before we do the whole home again. He let us borrow a few samples so we could see how they looked at different times of the day. Even though it took a while for the carpet to come in, Jaime was responsive to my husband's inquiries. It took just a couple of days to install

Jamie and Junior were great to deal with. We did a combination of installing new hardwood over new subfloor in part of the house and re-staining and refinishing the existing flooring to match the new install.
After we picked a few stains, they created some samples so we could see how it would look in the space and were in great communication while finishing up the job right on schedule. They executed on all the details and the floors came out amazing.

Jaime did a great job coming in at a low bid and replacing a horrible worn-out 12 year old carpet with a engineered hardwood floor. He had me look at a selection of samples but once we took the final ones up to the actual condo the white oak was by far the best choice. His years of experience in my building, and the surrounding SOMA hood, means he has a firm grasp of the known issues here in San Francisco at various old and new addresses.

I called Chacon Flooring at 7:30am and by 9:00am Jaime was at our house. Very professional and quick response. Had lots of samples padding and carpet. Will work with customers to make it affordable. Only 4 stars for now cause we didn't go thru with the installation but once we are ready we're calling Jaime back!
