Yesterday we contacted this company as asked for a towing truck after striking out with AAA which had us waiting a full three hours. Tow truck driver showed up on time and promptly delivered our stranded vehicle to the address given as requested.
However, we forgot to request a receipt of the towing service. So I called the company around 9:30am today and was informed to contact the company again after 8pm. A very odd request! Believing that it was a legitimate request, I called again around 8:30pm and this time the person who answered the phone peppered me with countless and unnecessary questions

I used their website to request a tow and they never bothered to contact me back. I waited for 2 days because I had high hopes this company would get back to me. I found 2 friends to tow me and push my truck into my new driveway. This company has a website straight out of Microsoft FrontPage 97, the 90s called and said please return this website to where it belongs. Also, if you don't return contact from your website you will make people upset.

Rob, I believe his name was, showed up when I was stranded at 4 in the morning, after I tried calling every towing place without answer until he did. He was so respectful. He was very careful and explained everything to me in great detail. I would recommend him him to anyone who needs fast, friendly and full service.
