At our Barcol-Air laboratory, a 1:1 scale mock-up can be thoroughly tested under realistic field conditions.
The Barcol-Air Radiant Wave is a unique product that is energy efcient and extremely effective. It has an innovative, distinctive and visually appealing design, like no other in the market. It provides an unmatched capacity per square foot, providing high levels of thermal comfort by radiation and natural convection.
Chilled Beams are high-efficiency hydronic terminal units that utilize water to transport energy along with air, much like Radiant heating and cooling systems. Easy to integrate with Radiant systems, Chilled Beams utilize the same chilled & hot water temperatures as our Radiant products, and use very similar controls.
Quick connect stainless steel braided flex hoses equipped with oxygen barriers are used in combination with brass fittings (NPT, Pro Press or Solder Cup) for a quick and easy install with an airtight seal. Barcol-Air supplies two pressure independent air volume controllers, the VRK and the VRM. Both are available in 3" to 16" sizes, with galvanized or stainless steel construction.
