Extremely professional and responsive. We contacted via email and were immediately set up for inspection and quote very quickly. The installation was quick and precise. The team noted we had two infants and a dog at home, so they scheduled a time and all hands on deck to accommodate that with the least interruption to our daily living. I've used Paul at our house for years. He has installed a new furnace and upgraded our cooling throughout our house. Currently he is working with us to expand our system into an addition we are doing. Guy’s were very helpful in assisting us in replacing our boiler. They came to inspect the house very soon after calling them for an inquiry, and our appointment was scheduled for very soon after. On the day of, they were professional and did not cause a disturbance. They reviewed the install with me and left us with guidelines for maintenance.
