I typically don't write a lot of reviews but I felt like this time I needed to make an exception. To start off with I would like to thank Benny Morell from Tad's Towing who went well beyond his job to have my car towed to the dealership for repairs. He was so kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about any questions or concerns I had. I have never had my car towed before so it was such a relief to get someone that was so nice. I would highly recommend Tad's Towing and maybe you too will have the pleasure of meeting Benny.

I had a 32 ft motorhome towed today. From st.cloud fla to plam bay. Florida. The driver name was Jerry, He was very unprofessional we had asked him to drive the tow truck up to our lot he would not even try. He told my husband and
our friends that i can't do it. He didn't even attempt to even try. Just dropped the motorhome. Right on the grass on our property. And unhooked it and took off. Just want to leave an awesome review for Chris, the night shift tow truck driver. He is extremely cool and professional, was very careful with my vehicle which is lowered, and got me and my vehicle home safely. Very courteous and knowledgeable. This is my second time using Tad’s Towing and I will continue to use them in the future. Thanks again Chris, you did an amazing job!

Very unprofessional called AAA and they recommended this place and the guy came out to us in half an hour no problem. He then looks at my car and charges me 50 dollars for him only to say my car is too low and can’t do the tow so basically tads towing robbed 50 dollars and didn’t do anything I then called to claim a refund on the 50 dollars and they said they don’t find anything but yet I have a bank statement stating they took out the 50 dollars and never got it refunded good job tads towing for taking 50 from people you guys can’t even help BUNCH OF THIEVES!

We went through AAA for my wife's disabled vehicle. Ordered at 4pm. Said they would be here at 5:30, then 6:30, then 7:30. Now 7pm and the service magically disappears. GREAT JOB KEEPING A MOM WITH A 5 MONTH OLD BABY WAITING FOR 3 HOURS AND THEN CANCEL WITH NO WORD. If you want a professional, keep looking, don't trust the safety of your family to A 3rd rate unprofessional who can't show up much less show up on time... if you are using 3rd party road side assistance and see you are being assigned this company, I highly suggest you demand another company...

The staff here was very accommodating - I got a flat tire in a rental car and Chris was in touch with me directly for several hours after the rental car company had him wait extra time to pick up a replacement car (this was after all tire service stores had closed for the night) and then drove it to me 100 miles away. He worked an entire night to make sure I my car was towed and I safely had a replacement car by the morning. Would recommend his service to anyone stranded due to car problems. Thanks to him I got where I needed to go!
