I have waited for a month for my car. They do not return calls. They make promises and fail to deliver. They have told me several times that it should be finished but then said they forgot to order parts.
My husband has used this shop on all of his cars and his dad used them too.
It is like they no longer care about the customer.

I took my 1992 Nissan P/U in to get repainted. It looks brand new again. They did an awesome job. It took longer than the 4 weeks, but well worth the extra time. Everyone was awesome as well. Mike was fantastic keeping me informed of the progress. Plus, they gave me a lifetime warranty, which is unheard of. Thank you Shamrock.

A few week ago I was backing my new Land Rover discovery and suddenly I hit a light pole. I did real damage to my car rear driver’s fender and broke lots of back lights. If you did know the Land Rover fender made from aluminum and it is hard to fix and paint according to some body shop managers I visited before using Shamrock body shop company.

We have use Shamrock a few times and each time has been a great experience! While it took awhile for my car to be repaired, only due to difficulty getting parts in these times, I was kept informed at all times of the progress. Andy Billitteri was especially helpful in helping me deal with my insurance to get a rental car for the duration! I wasn't expecting that! He went above and beyond in his customer service for us. We greatly appreciated his help!

I have a VW beetle that the hood latch broke, I replaced it but still could not get in to latch. So I took it to a garage and they could not get it to latch either. They recommended going to Shamrock. So I did and I went into the office and a gentleman came out and took my car over to the body shop and returned in ten minutes with my hood closing and also he did not charge me anything but a handshake. I just want to say thank you very much. I am recovery from getting a tumor removed from the head, so someone helping me out like that is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend. Thanks again

I have been going back to Shamrock Auto Body not only for body work but repairs on my Lexus IS250 for several years now. Shamrock does excellent work. Everyone has a positive attitude, they are professional and prices are reasonable in comparison to other shops. They get right to the job and let you know of delays, or any other issue they might come upon without taking advantage. Being a women, I have run into shops trying to take advantage of me on pricing and repair. But not here. I highly recommend Shamrock Auto Body in St. Cloud. Five stars and Thank You!
