Dr. Aramesh Darvishian not only whiten my teeth she also contour all my teeth making sure all my teeth were aligned. Prior to getting Invisalign I got two crowns. Her office has most latest high technology equipment. I had gotten crown from other dentist and it was a week long process. They would make a molding of your tooth and send it out to a lab. The staff were VERY kind to me; I’ve chosen to stay here because of the quality of work they do. Experiences may vary, but little-to-ZERO waiting around in lobby. The DR was very kind and understanding, they all love to converse if you choose to and the atmosphere is emaculate.

Search no more, you have found the best in Reston! Great service, always willing to accommodate your busy schedule to find a time that works for you. They are very good. They explain everything, discuss what will be done and clearly explain what is covered by your insurance and what you will have to cover. UPDATE: July 13, 2021 - I came here 2 years ago to get a crown fixed, and the outcome was fantastic. A year ago Dr. Davishian and I discussed how to fix a gap that I have in my teeth due to a bad crown that resulted in a full tooth removal from 2015. (This was done in AZ and was not done by Dr. Davishian and her staff). Because I had the gap for several years, my teeth had shifted dramatically and I was having trouble chewing on one side of my mouth. During my recent visit to Perfect smiles for cleaning and x-rays I was shown a cracked tooth that required a crown. I was promptly scheduled and the work was completed this morning (12/10). Dr. Darvishian, ably assisted by Amy, thoroughly explained the procedure and went about their work gently and efficiently. Fabrication of the crown was done in-house via a 3-D printer, eliminating the need for a temporary crown, a 2-3 week wait for the permanent crown and a second visit to the dentist. I am quite pleased with the results and I want to thank everyone at Perfect Smiles for their care and concern
