Dr. Chao is in my opinion, an extremely good and talented physician. I recommend him.
But be patient. The glitch is his office staff. In 1 1/2 years of visits, only one time did his staff actually do what they said they would in terms of follow up or a callback to book an appointment, and that was after I left more than one message asking again for the promised call back. And often, trying to just get someone on the phone is an exercise in futility.

Doctor James Chao is a highly skilled surgeon and a good man. He runs a top notch facility and a positive team. I got a chance to talk to his staff up front as well as a few patients who were all very happy with their procedures, especially the fat removal cream. Both the clinical and administrative staff were very upbeat and fun to talk to. I made an appointment for a broken hand and 8 weeks later I am fully healed. I am referring the women in my family for the lotion fat removal and whatever else it is that women like to address because guys don't really like to talk about cosmetics lol

I am new to cosmetic fillers but wanted to try to fix the lines and bags under my eyes which made me look tired all the time . I was very concerned that my results looked natural. I spoke to Indira about what I wanted and she booked me an appointment with Natalie . She is the best ! Was seen by James Chao. Terrible experience. He walked in and saw me for 3 minutes but said he could help with my issue. I was so happy and made an appointment for a procedure. Well every time I called I had to leave a message and my call was never returned. It was a week before my visit and I called for any last minute instructions and no one answered the phone at 1030 in the morning. I called back and someone answered and I was transferred 2 times and then put on hold and when they came back to the phone they disconnected my call. Finally I was so frustrated I cancelled everything.

Oasis MD and Dr. James Chao was recommended to me by my Primary Care Doctor and I couldn't be more thrilled with my results. I went in for a tummy tuck consult (2 kids and 2 cesarians destroyed my stomach). Dr. Chao was very sweet and took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I felt very comfortable with the procedure and what he was going to do. During the process it turned out I had a hernia which Dr. Chao graciously took care of for me during my surgery so I didn't have to incur two separate surgeries, recoveries, etc. He was absolutely amazing and did phenomenal work

I found this place on Groupon I read the fine print and it mentions you should have a consultation before you purchase the Groupon because a lot of customers were getting turned away because they weren't good candidates for the product they purchased so I went in for a consultation before I decided to purchase this $300 Groupon, turns out I was not a good candidate for the Groupon. The consultation was free which was nice the office and staff were amazjng. They told me I had to prepare my face for the Groupon offer if I did want to purchase it in the future and they had a kit to take home

The positive: office is lovely,clean and receptionists friendly and professional.
Negative: the person who should be the most professional(injector) did not follow up and avoided both my phone calls and email when i gave her ample opportunities to fix her error.
I spent over $1000 on two syringes of filler. Kim (injector) did one side of my face starting from outer cheekbone working her way in. She started the other cheek from nose area and put the full syringe in one area and never worked her way out to the cheekbone. Needless to say the results were uneven. I called about this immediately

Love OasisMD. The staff are wonderful and caring. They are diligent in their scheduling so they have enough time to perform your treatment and not rush. I have had IPIL, Botox and Juvaderm done here (no cosmetic surgery). My results have been wonderful and very natural. They aren't the closest to my home so it is a testament to how much I like this business that I am willing to drive 25-30 minutes to get here.

I'm surprised to see some not so great reviews on here. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences and have sent several people there and they too have had great experiences. Honestly, Brittney at Oasis has changed my face forever! I had Mixto done and I am OBSESSED with my skin. She made the experience all the better for me too. So calming and yet real. I swear I'll follow that girl anywhere lol. I also have to say the front desk staff are soooo sweet. All in all this place rocks!

I have been going to OasisMD for services for the last 6 months. They did the skin analysis on me to figure out a plan to treat my skin. Instead of pushing expensive treatments on me they suggested a few regular facials and a series of microderm facials to get my skin in good condition. I have been extremely happy with the results and have noticed my pores are tighter and less visible. They have also helped me get rid of some of my dark spots on my face due to sun damage. Amy is awesome there, I really like her and she always recommends great products for me to try. I am now using the VI Derm

WARNING! Do not go there, they make you pay up front for services you haven't had done. If you change your mind within a reasonable time frame like I did, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY! I have tried every which way to get my money back and they keep saying that I can use it for their products! who wants to buy anything from people who steal your money. I saw them on Groupon in Dec. what a mistake, I am still going throught the process of trying to get the money back! waste of time.

I purchased an online voucher for an IPL. When I went for my treatment they informed me that a laser treatment was not the right treatment for my dark skin tone. After discussing my options we agreed that I should get the Vi Peel. I am so happy with the results, the staffs attention to my best interests, and how reasonable the cost is. The facilities are very clean and well decorated. The staff is so nice. I highly recommend OasisMD and Vi Peel!
