Your Inspector is ESA certified in Mold and Indoor Air Quality testing. When you give us a call, you will speak with a Mold Inspector who is not only professional but courteous and ready to answer your questions and concerns. Your appointment, if necessary, will be made at that time. You will be greeted at the scheduled inspection by the Inspector.

Some use simple word documents that are handwritten or use computer automated products. There are Inspectors that provide pictures of defects and yet there are some that do not or charge an additional fee for pictures.

The home inspection was thorough, and the inspector met with us at the home at the end of his inspection and reviewed everything he found. There were minor items, but we were impressed with how he paid attention to even the details of electrical outlets and a drooping wire in the crawl space. He also had pictures of each of the items he recommended be addressed. Very please and well worth the money for the report and peace of mind as we purchase this home. Also, we moved in North Carolina from another state, so having someone local who knows home building code helped us greatly.

I recently bought a house and my realtor recommended Tom for my inspection. I am glad she did. The inspection was VERY thorough. There were a lot of items on there, but I talked with Tom afterwards and had no concerns with the results. I also had the radon tested (handled by Tom) and a septic inspection (handled by a different company). Everything was seamless and easy from my point of view. All of the documents were online and easy to review. The septic inspection company used was wonderful. Again, very thorough and done by someone who was eager to help and answer any questions. After spending a lot of time researching home inspectors, Tom was my top choice. I went on the company website and easily scheduled an appointment. Arriving on time, he was polite and easy to talk to. Starting the inspection, Tom found that the HVAC was not setup and gave me the option to continue the inspection or reschedule it. I decided to reschedule, but found that the new date was going to work for me. I emailed Tom about the situation. He got back to me quickly and when above an beyond to adjust his schedule to accommodate my request. Tom spent a lot of time carefully inspecting my new construction
