Daughter used them for a shower install. Promised licensed plumber and permits. The permits were never gotten. The so called plumber was a handyman with little experience. Job was not finished when promised and numerous leaks caused damage. A licensed plumber was called in and found numerous mistakes and leaks. The faucets and shower head they installed were poor quality and failed almost immediately after install. Do not use this company!

It’s almost like we have a new house! We bought a cute little house at a good price in 2018, but all the “updates” that were done in the prior owners hands were builders grade or less when it came to quality, and none of it was maintained. After a consultation from QHE, the exterior of our home is the best on the block! And with the new basically maintenance free gutters, we don’t have the water problems on the property that we did before! That means I get to enjoy our home and spend less time on a ladder year round, and that we have peace of mind that we didn’t have before. The best

We just completed the project to replace siding and wraps on the windows and the overall experience was great!
When we moved into our home last fall we quickly noticed that noise and Heating/Cooling would be an issue. We live on a busy street and traffic could be heard from all rooms of the house starting in the early morning and going into the late night. As the winter set in this year and we faced negative temperatures the heating became a BIG issue. Even with the thermostat turned up during the night we were still cold and some parts of our floors that were above the bump out were just ice

QHE came by our house and gave us a great demonstration about their windows. We live in a 44 year old house with original windows and we were noticing drafts. We decided to use them to replace all the windows in our house and we couldn't be happier with the result. We were immediately able to lower our thermostat setting four degrees and our house feels the same as it did with our old windows!

I just had Quality Home Exteriors put in some windows. The sales person took the time to explain to me the benefits of the window over other types/brands so that I felt informed as to what I was purchasing. They then worked hard to find a financing agreement that fit my budget.
In the weeks leading up to the installation I received a phone call a week notifying me of any status changes in shipping from the vendor (There were none). QHE then worked with my schedule to find an installation date.
The installers were awesome and worked fast! I was impressed how they cleaned up a few issues

We weren't totally sold on the idea of buying windows - we knew we needed them eventually but we had just moved into our home in November. We met with Greg and it felt more like hanging out with a friend than a sales appointment - he focused on the functional benefits of the new windows in our older home and did not pressure us. We weren't ready to replace all of the windows in our home yet, but Quality Home Exteriors was willing to work with us on replacing a few windows to start.
The installation team was courteous and professional as well, and left the area cleaner than they found

I've never had such a poor experience with a contractor. In early January of 2015 an associate from Quality Home Exteriors (QHE) came to my home and we arranged to have several windows and a set of French doors replaced. They promised to have the job completed before March because I had plans to be out of the country for an extended period of time. I didn't hear from QHE until June when they informed me that their company that makes the Windows had taken longer than expected to make the Windows. Do to scheduling conflicts on both parts we weren't able to set an install date until

I recently had the opportunity to deal with Quality Home Exteriors and have to say it was an excellent experience. There are a lot of businesses out there that will replace the windows in your home but these guys are really great with the details. They helped us find a couple great financing options but also gave us the time to shop around for the best deal. The sales guy did an awesome job helping us find exactly what I wanted and even talked me out of a costly unnecessary upgrade (plus he was a ton of fun!).
