If you own a home, no matter what its age, sooner or later you may join the millions of people who remodel their homes each year. Perhaps it was that moment when you realized that avocado green and harvest gold are no longer the "in" colors for today's trendy kitchens. Or maybe you had an epiphany one day as you stood in line to use your own bathroom.
There is no doubt about it, there is a lot to be said for being a DIY enthusiast. The skill, ingenuity and initiative that goes into doing things for yourself is great and needs to be rewarded. However, the simple fact of the matter is that when it comes to kitchen remodeling, you need to leave it to the professionals you can rely on.
This is the year you transform your boring old bathroom into something spectacular! Over your lifetime, you will spend an accumulated one and a half years or more in the bathroom. As the most versatile room in your home-a space you use for necessity, relaxation and probably even work tasks-it should be a pleasant place to be.
Unless you are the owner of a fleet of yachts or a garage filled with expensive vintage cars, your home is most likely going to be your most valuable asset. If this is the case, it makes sense that you will want to do all you can to ensure that your home is maintained to the same high standard, both inside and out.

I first used Omaha Remodeling to completely update our commercial office, light fixtures, painting, carpet, framing in doors and complete kitchen and bathroom remodel. We were happy with the work and value, so we used him at our home to repair leaking windows and completely update a fireplace. All turned out just like we hoped! Thanks Craig!

I contacted Craig to get estimate for bathroom remodeling. He made appointment and was right on time. He was very professional and kept me informed about everything. I have hired Craig Broadstone, owner of Omaha Remodeling Associates LLC 3 different times for major home remodeling. The first time in 2007 for a kitchen remodel. Second time is when we moved and bought a house with a unfinished basement. We wanted a full functioning apartment for my mother to move into. Craig went above and beyond for my elderly mother. She had always said she loved her apartment so much and was grateful for everything Craig had suggested for her. A year after my mother passed in 2019, our neighborhood was flooded. We had nearly 4 feet of water in our apartment. We lost everything

Craig answered my text request within ten minutes of initially contacting him. My son drove through his garage door and part of the front frame structure was damaged as well. Craig came within a few days, as he’d said he would do, and took on the job. He and his coworker got the newly sided garage looking almost as good as new. He also finished some electrical wiring that was needed in the basement. Craig gave us the opportunity to purchase the items needed if we wanted or he would get them. Either way, he was not raising the price of the materials to make any kind of profit. He just charged

I contacted Omaha Remodeling Associates on October 26th to retrofit a handicap accessible shower into my parents’ house, as well as install some grab bars throughout. My father suffers from Lewy Bodies (a form of Dementia which affect muscle function) and has difficulty getting around, so these items are essential for his day to day life.
The company owner, Craig Broadstone’ s initial onsite consultation was on November 4th; however, the written estimate was not received until December 9th. He provided a written proposal which called for a deposit to begin work. The proposal was signed and
