The Boley family is native to Van Buren County, Iowa. Boley Real Estate was established in 1985 with Ralph Boley, Jim's father, as the Broker/Owner. Principal broker Barb Hendricks Boley has been selling real estate and managing offices since 1992 and Jim got his license in 2001. Jim and Barb bought the business from Ralph in 2001.
The Mossy Oak Properties Boley Real Estate team has been successful in helping clients buy and sell real estate for decades, with over 60 years combined experience for just the owners. Barb has been selling real estate since 1992. She has been a continuous member of the Iowa Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
