From our home base at The Harbor Bar on historic Pine Avenue in downtown Long Beach, CA, Out West Kitchen & Catering provides memorable food for an evening out or for your special occasion or event. After graduating from the Le Cordon Bleu program at the California School of Culinary Arts, Chef Erick Simmons worked in some of the most demanding kitchens in the country.
Gaining experience at the Water Grill in downtown LA, Erick then moved to Las Vegas and rose to Sous Chef at Bradley Ogden in Caesar's Palace and RM Seafood at the Mandalay Bay Hotel. Erick earned his first Executive Chef position at mk, the popular fine dining restaurant created by Michael Kornick in Chicago.
