At Willamette Ear, Nose, Throat and Facial Plastic Surgery, our success depends on how healthy our patients feel. It is our job to help our patients realize and maintain a healthy well-being. Willamette ENT is passionate about the allergy component of our practice. In fact, our doctors all have had allergy training as part of their ENT residency, and some of our doctors are Fellows of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. Our allergy staff is highly trained and focuses solely on allergy care.
Our audiologists are available to provide diagnostic hearing evaluations and comprehensive hearing aid services. The added benefit of seeing our audiologists is that we can provide direct access to the Otolaryngology M.D.s with whom we share an office. Whether you are interested in a routine hearing evaluation or custom hearing protection, our audiology staff can.
Here at the Willamette ENT Facial Plastic Center, our goal is to restore function and improve appearance to the face and neck due to congenital defects, cancer, injury and aging that have impacted the patient in a caring and compassionate manner. Our team is comprised of board-certified and board eligible head and neck surgeons.
Our modern, comfortable, fully-equipped surgery center for patients whose operative needs do not require hospitalization is used by Willamette ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery patients. The center is owned and operated by Clark Thompson, MD, Joseph Allan, MD, FACS, Bruce Johnson, MD, FAAOA, John Donovan, MD, FACS and Gary Nishioka, MD, DMD, FARS, FAAOA.

We have been so grateful for the knowledgeable and compassionate attentiveness we have received from Dr. John Donovan, his MA’s and scheduler who have worked with us for the last couple of months. From the diagnosis of cancer, surgery, hospital stay and follow-ups—never have they made us feel our concerns were anything but worth addressing.
… Everyday of our 15 mornings in the hospital Dr. Donavan was there. Maybe that’s normal for their practice, but we know there is extreme value in continuity of care.

NEVER TAKE YOUR TODDLER/CHILD THERE! Dr. Donovan is by far the worse Doctor. He traumatized my two year old daughter. He was very unprofessional, he seem like he was in a rushed, very rude and short. Like he was bothered. My daughter had dry blood in her ear and there were tubes in place. She was in a lot of pain and as well very uncomfortable. The… medical assistant pulled my daughters arms all the way back and screaming OWIE, I then ask him shouldn’t she be put to sleep if she is being uncooperative? While he was trying to take out the dry blood and his MA said no. My daughter was

The doctors and nurses were wonderful!!! My daughter's tonsillectomy and adnoidectomy went well and 1 week later she's healing beautifully. Dr. Strand was her surgeon. Everyone on the medical end was really kind and they do their jobs well! 💗
We had a couple issues with the receptionist, which would have warranted a lower rating, but the manager called me today after receiving my survey. She took my feedback to heart and is working to remedy the issues I outlined in my answers. I appreciate that immensely. Nobody is perfect, and a willingness to take criticism and make necessary changes goes
