I was struggling to find a place to rent in Richmond Hill before the start of school and I found a rental home on the DPM website that was about to become available. I submitted an application and was offered the home. All of my interactions with Ashley have been over the phone or via text. Very responsive and made it easy for us to move into our new home. I like the app that makes it easy to pay the rent and if needed (I haven’t needed to yet), request maintenance.

Shelby and Ashley are remarkable! DPM has provided great service getting our property listed! Donna patiently answered my many questions, Shelby was a rock star getting the repairs and upgrades done ahead of schedule, and Ashley was always helpful and responsive. DPM has been a pleasure to work with and they quickly and profitably rented our house. They do not execute management in accordance to their management agreement, lease the tenants sign, or expectations established prior to renting your property, which in the end equates to additional expenses charged to homeowner. I spent more time managing my management company than actually dealing with my property. Their prices may be the best in the area but they will make it up in other charges. They have lost my business and my trust.

I would definitely recommend Disciple Property to anyone who are looking to rent a home in the Savannah/ Richmond Hill, GA area. As a tenant for the past three years, anytime I needed something repaired it was always done the same day. The staff is absolutely amazing, especially Courtney! They really make you feel like family whenever you call or go by the office. Great online system that accepts payments and work orders! No complaints at all! Best experience ever!

I moved back home to Richmond Hill and my home had a lease in place from when I moved away, so I needed a rental for the remaining time left on the lease of my home. Disciple Property Management was able to accommodate my short lease term needs. After using a different property management (which I regret) on my personal home, I appreciate that their lease terms are very thorough and protect all parties involved and the professionalism of their office staff. Courtney is SUPER! She listens to understand, she is compassionate and is always eager to help you. She is an absolute great asset to the company
